Claims (8)
- 第一試薬及び第二試薬からなり、該第一試薬は、キサンチンオキシダーゼ(Xanthine oxidase:XOD)とヌクレオシドフォスフォリラーゼ(Nucleoside phosphorylase:NP)と酵素保護剤と発色剤とを含む第一試薬溶液の凍結乾燥物からなり、該第二試薬は、キサンチンオキシダーゼ(XOD)とヌクレオシドフォスフォリラーゼ(NP)とアルカリフォスファターゼ(Alkaline phosphatase:AP)と酵素保護剤と発色剤とを含む第二試薬溶液の凍結乾燥物からなり、該第一試薬溶液の凍結乾燥物は鮮度を測定するために必要な酵素活性を備え、該第二試薬溶液の凍結乾燥物は鮮度を測定するために必要な酵素活性を備え、該酵素保護剤はスクロース及び/又はゼラチンからなり、該発色剤はヒポキサンチン(Hx)がキサンチンオキシダーゼ(XOD)によってキサンチンと尿酸に分解する反応に共役して発色するものからなることを特徴とする鮮度測定用試薬キット。
- 前記第一試薬溶液中、キサンチンオキシダーゼ(XOD)が0.1U/ml〜10U/mlの濃度範囲に、ヌクレオシドフォスフォリラーゼ(NP)が0.05U/ml〜20U/mlの濃度範囲に、前記第二試薬溶液中、キサンチンオキシダーゼ(XOD)が0.1U/ml〜10U/mlの濃度範囲に、ヌクレオシドフォスフォリラーゼ(NP)が0.05U/ml〜20U/mlの濃度範囲に、アルカリフォスファターゼ(AP)が5U/ml〜200U/mlの濃度範囲にあることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の鮮度測定用試薬キット。

- 前記第一試薬溶液及び前記第二試薬溶液中、ゼラチンが0.1〜2.0(ゼラチンg/試薬溶液100ml)の濃度範囲にあることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の鮮度測定用試薬キット。
- 前記第一試薬溶液及び前記第二試薬溶液中、発色剤が0.1mM〜0.6mMの濃度範囲にあることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の鮮度測定用試薬キット。
- 前記第一試薬溶液及び前記第二試薬溶液のpHが6.8〜8.5であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の鮮度測定用試薬キット。
- 前記発色剤がWST−8であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の鮮度測定用試薬キット。
- 前記第一試薬溶液及び前記第二試薬溶液が血清アルブミン(BSA)を含有していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の鮮度測定用試薬キット。
