Claims (30)
- 表面接着ルールダイにおいて:

前記ルールの各々が、前記フィルム基板の広い面に接着した第1の細長面と、前記ダイ本体から遠位側に突出しており、ポリマー材料を含む細長いダイ表面を有する細長突出部と、を具え;
前記表面接着ルールダイが、カウンタダイ表面に対向して、前記細長いダイ表面と前記カウンタダイ表面の間に配置されたボール紙ワークピースの上面に対向して配置されたときに、前記細長いダイ表面によって前記段ボールワークピースにかかる圧力が、前記段ボールワークピースの上面に細長いへこみを形成するように構成されている、ことを特徴とする表面接着ルールダイ。 - 請求項1に記載の表面接着ルールダイにおいて、前記フィルム基板がポリマーフィルム基板であることを特徴とする表面接着ルールダイ。
- 請求項1に記載の表面接着ルールダイにおいて、前記フィルム基板が十分な可撓性があり、平坦な構造から筒状構造へ曲げられることを特徴とする表面接着ルールダイ。
- 請求項1に記載の表面接着ルールダイにおいて、前記フィルム基板が十分な可撓性があり、初期の平坦構造から、当該フィルム基板がドラムの周りに巻きつけられることを特徴とする表面接着ルールダイ。

- 請求項1に記載の表面接着ルールダイにおいて、前記第1の細長面が、前記フィルム基板の前記広い表面に直接接着されていることを特徴とする表面接着ルールダイ。
- 請求項1に記載の表面接着ルールダイにおいて、前記細長いルールダイの各々が、間に配置した中間接着剤を介して前記フィルム基板の前記広い表面に接着されていることを特徴とする表面接着ルールダイ。
- 請求項1に記載の表面接着ルールダイにおいて、前記複数の細長ルールのうちの少なくとも一の細長ルールが、少なくとも二つの層を具えることを特徴とする表面接着ルールダイ。
- 請求項1に記載の表面接着ルールダイにおいて、前記複数の細長ルールのうちの少なくとも一の細長ルールが、異なる材料でできた少なくとも二つの層を具えることを特徴とする表面接着ルールダイ。
- 請求項1に記載の表面接着ルールダイにおいて、前記複数の細長ルールのうちの少なくとも一の細長ルールが、少なくとも、前記ダイ本体の近位側にある底層と、前記底層の上方に配置され、前記ダイ本体の遠位側にある上層とを具え、当該上層が前記底層に比べてより柔軟であることを特徴とする表面接着ルールダイ。
- 請求項1に記載の表面接着ルールダイにおいて、前記複数の細長ルールのうちの少なくとも一の細長ルールが、ほぼ矩形の断面を有することを特徴とする表面接着ルールダイ。
- 請求項1に記載の表面接着ルールダイにおいて、前記複数の細長ルールのうちの少なくとも一の細長ルールが、ほぼ台形断面を有し、前記細長いダイ表面が当該台形断面の一部を形成していることを特徴とする表面接着ルールダイ。
- 請求項1に記載の表面接着ルールダイにおいて、前記複数の細長ルールのうちの少なくとも一の細長ルールの上面がほぼ三角形断面を有し、前記細長いダイ表面が当該三角形断面の一部を形成していることを特徴とする表面接着ルールダイ。
- 請求項1に記載の表面接着ルールダイにおいて、前記複数の細長ルールのうちの少なくとも一の細長ルールがほぼ円形のプロファイルを有することを特徴とする表面接着ルールダイ。
- 請求項1に記載の表面接着ルールダイにおいて、前記複数の細長ルールのうちの少なくとも一の細長ルールの上面がほぼ矩形断面を有し、前記細長いダイ表面が当該矩形断面の一部を形成していることを特徴とする表面接着ルールダイ。
- 請求項1に記載の表面接着ルールダイにおいて、前記複数の細長ルールのうちの少なくとも一の細長ルールの最も上にある面が非対称プロファイルを有することを特徴とする表面接着ルールダイ。
- 請求項1に記載の表面接着ルールダイにおいて、前記複数の前記フィルム基板の層が、厚さ25ミクロンであることを特徴とする表面接着ルールダイ。
- 請求項1に記載の表面接着ルールダイにおいて、前記フィルム基板が厚さ50ミクロンであることを特徴とする表面接着ルールダイ。
- 請求項1に記載の表面接着ルールダイにおいて、前記フィルム基板が厚さ80ミクロンであることを特徴とする表面接着ルールダイ。
- 請求項1に記載の表面接着ルールダイにおいて、前記フィルム基板が、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、ポリアミド、及びポリプロピレンからなる群から選択された少なくとも一の材料を含むことを特徴とする表面接着ルールダイ。
- 請求項1に記載の表面接着ルールダイにおいて、前記フィルム基板が可撓性アルミニウムフィルムを含むことを特徴とする表面接着ルールダイ。
- 請求項1に記載の表面接着ルールダイにおいて、前記フィルム基板が可撓性ステンレススチールフィルムを含むことを特徴とする表面接着ルールダイ。
- 請求項1に記載の表面接着ルールダイにおいて、前記細長ルールの少なくとも一つが最大4ミリメータの高さを有することを特徴とする表面接着ルールダイ。
- 請求項26に記載の表面接着ルールダイにおいて、前記高さが、700ミクロン乃至1250ミクロンの範囲であることを特徴とする表面接着ルールダイ。
- 請求項1に記載の表面接着ルールダイにおいて、前記細長ルールの少なくとも一つが最大4ミリメータの幅を有することを特徴とする表面接着ルールダイ。
- 請求項28に記載の表面接着ルールダイにおいて、前記幅が700ミクロン乃至1250ミクロンの範囲であることを特徴とする表面接着ルールダイ。
- 請求項1に記載の表面接着ルールダイにおいて、前記細長ルールがシリカを含むことを特徴とする表面接着ルールダイ。
