Claims (4)
- 放電加工装置(10)であって、
被加工物(100)に所望の特徴的形状を加工するように構成された電極(11)と、
前記電極と前記被加工物とを逆の電気極性に通電するように構成されたパルス発生器(12)と、
前記電極と前記被加工物との間に加工液を通すように構成された加工液源(13)と、
前記電極を駆動して前記被加工物に対し相対的に移動するように構成されたモータ(15)と、
加工信号を検出するように構成された少なくとも1つの検出素子(16、17、18)と、
前記パルス発生器及び前記モータを制御して予め設定された複数の第1のプロセスパラメータに応じて前記被加工物を加工し、検出された加工信号を解析して第1の応答信号を生成し、前記第1のプロセスパラメータとは異なる予め設定された複数の第2のプロセスパラメータをアクティブにして前記被加工物を加工するように構成されたコントローラ(14)と
を備え、
前記コントローラが、
前記加工信号を受信するための信号受信モジュール(140)と、
前記信号受信モジュールからの受信加工信号を解析して第1の応答信号を生成する処理モジュール(141)と、
第1及び第2の予め設定されたプロセスパラメータを記憶するプロセスパラメータモジュール(142)と
を備え、
前記被加工物の所望の特徴的形状が貫通穴(101)を含み、前記コントローラが、タッチインステージ、通常加工ステージ、及び貫通ステージのみを含む放電加工プロセスに従って動作するように構成されており、前記第1のプロセスパラメータがタッチインステージにおいて予め設定され、前記第2のプロセスパラメータが通常加工ステージにおいて予め設定され、前記プロセスパラメータモジュールが更に、前記第1及び第2のプロセスパラメータと異なる、貫通ステージにおいて予め設定された第3のプロセスパラメータを記憶する
放電加工装置(10)。 - 前記処理モジュールが、前記第3のプロセスパラメータをアクティブにするための第2の応答信号と、前記貫通ステージを終了させるための第3の応答信号とを生成する、請求項1記載の放電加工装置。
- 放電加工を行う方法であって、
電極(11)を駆動して被加工物(100)に対して相対的に移動させる段階と、
前記電極と前記被加工物との間に加工液を循環させながらこれらの間に電流を流し、複数の第1のプロセスパラメータに応じて前記被加工物に所望の特徴的形状を加工する段階と、
放電加工作業中の加工信号を検出する段階と、
検出された加工信号を受信し解析して第1の応答信号を生成し、前記第1のプロセスパラメータとは異なる複数の第2のプロセスパラメータをアクティブにして前記被加工物を加工する段階と
を含み、
前記加工信号が、電極位置の信号と、前記電極及び前記被加工物間の電圧及び電流の信号の1以上を含み、
前記所望の特徴的形状が貫通穴(101)であり、前記放電加工作業がタッチインステージ、通常加工ステージ、及び貫通ステージのみを含み、前記第1及び第2のプロセスパラメータが、前記タッチインステージ及び前記通常加工ステージそれぞれに対して予め設定されており、前記貫通ステージが、前記第1及び第2のプロセスパラメータと異なる複数の予め設定された第3のプロセスパラメータに応じて加工される
方法。 - 前記第3のプロセスパラメータをアクティブにするための第2の応答信号を生成し、前記貫通ステージを終了させるための第3の応答信号を生成する段階を更に含む、請求項3記載の方法。
