Claims (1)
- 第1のJIS規格6000系アルミ合金材からなるドアフレームと、JIS規格5000系アルミ合金材からなるブラケットとをアーク溶接するステップ;及び
上記JIS規格5000系アルミ合金材からなるブラケットと、第2のJIS規格6000系アルミ合金材からなるインナパネルまたはインナパネルとブラケットを繋ぐ中間ブラケットとを摩擦撹拌接合するステップ;
を有するアルミドアの製造方法であって、
上記JIS規格5000系アルミ合金材からなるブラケットは、Mg含有量2.2〜2.8%の5000系アルミ合金材から構成されていることを特徴とするアルミドアの製造方法。
