Description
Claims (11)
- 自動車の内燃エンジンのための復元ユニット(1)であって、
円筒形の軸受ドーム(3)と、該軸受ドーム(3)上に径方向外方へ突出するように設けられた支持部(19)を含む径方向拡張部(18)とを有する復元コンソール(2)と、
上記軸受ドーム(3)が内部に回転可能に挿入される第1の収容開口部(5)および上記支持部(19)を支持する第3の停止部(20)を有する第1の軸受ユニット(4)と、
上記軸受ドーム(3)の外側円周面(7)上に設けられ、かつ上記第1の軸受ユニット(4)に対して上記復元コンソール(2)に、上記第3の停止部(20)に上記支持部(19)を押しつけるように上記復元コンソール(2)の軸(A)回りの回転方向に予荷重をかけるばね要素(6)とを備え、
上記軸受ドーム(3)は、クリップ接続部により上記第1の収容開口部(5)内に着脱可能に挿入され、
上記クリップ接続部は、上記第1の収容開口部(5)に面する上記軸受ドーム(3)の第1の表面(13)に設けられた径方向の貫通溝(14)を有し、
上記軸受ドーム(3)は、上記復元コンソール(2)が上記第1の軸受ユニット(4)に取り付けられるときに上記第1の収容開口部(5)内に挿入される部分であるコンソール軸受面(25)を有し、
上記貫通溝(14)は、上記軸受ドームの上記第1の表面に、上記第1の収容開口部(5)における上記復元コンソール(2)の着脱可能な固定のための固定突出部を有している
ことを特徴とする復元ユニット。 - 請求項1において、
上記貫通溝(14)は、上記コンソール軸受面(25)の領域に設けられている
ことを特徴とする復元ユニット。 - 請求項1または2において、
上記コンソール軸受面(25)と上記外側円周面(7)との間に、上記第1の収容開口部(5)内への上記軸受ドーム(3)の挿入の範囲を定めるストッパ部(26)が設けられている
ことを特徴とする復元ユニット。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項において、
上記軸受ドーム(3)に回転シャフト貫通孔(16)が設けられ、該回転シャフト貫通孔内には、回転シャフト(24)が、上記復元コンソール(2)とバルブ装置との回転可能な接続のために、回転可能な態様で少なくとも部分的に収容可能であるか収容されている
ことを特徴とする復元ユニット。 - 請求項4において、
上記回転シャフト貫通孔(16)は、内側の正方形の開口部として構成されている
ことを特徴とする復元ユニット。 - 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項において、
上記ばね要素(6)は、トーションばねとして構成され、該トーションばねは、復元ユニット(1)内に組み付けられた状態において、上記第1の軸受ユニット(4)に設けられた第1の停止部(10)に第1の軸方向端部(8)が支持され、かつ、上記軸受ドーム(3)に設けられた第2の停止部(12)に第2の軸方向端部(9)が支持されている
ことを特徴とする復元ユニット。 - 請求項6において、
上記第1の軸受ユニット(4)に、上記トーションばねの上記第1の軸方向端部(8)が、軸方向の固定のために少なくとも部分的に収容可能であるか収容される収容溝(11)が設けられている
ことを特徴とする復元ユニット。 - 請求項6または7において、
上記第2の停止部(12)は、上記復元コンソール(2)の軸方向(A)において上記軸受ドーム(3)から突出する伸張部として構成されている
ことを特徴とする復元ユニット。 - 請求項1〜8のいずれか1項において、
上記第1の軸受ユニット(4)に保護壁部(15)が設けられ、該保護壁部は、内燃エンジン内で上記復元ユニット(1)が組み付けられた状態において、上記復元ユニット(1)から落下した部品を捕集する装置として機能する
ことを特徴とする復元ユニット。 - 請求項1〜9のいずれか1項において、
上記復元ユニット(1)は、軸受アセンブリ(22)に対する上記第1の軸受ユニット(4)を補いかつ上記軸受ドーム(3)を収容するための第2の収容開口部(23)を有する追加的な第2の軸受ユニット(21)を備え、
上記軸受ドーム(3)は、組み付けられた状態において、上記軸受ドームの第1の軸方向端部の上記第1の表面の領域において上記第1の軸受ユニット(4)の上記第1の収容開口部(5)内に挿入され、かつ、上記軸受ドームの第2の軸方向端部の第2の表面(17)の領域において上記第2の収容開口部(23)内に挿入されている
ことを特徴とする復元ユニット。 - 自動車のための内燃エンジンであって、
上記内燃エンジンの燃焼室内への空気の取り入れのための吸気装置と、
請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の復元ユニット(1)と、
上記復元ユニット(1)の上記軸受ドーム(3)と回転可能な態様で接続され、それにより上記吸気装置の吸気口が開状態と閉状態とに切替可能となるバルブ装置とを備えている
ことを特徴とする内燃エンジン。
