Description
(a)本発明の第1の態様に記載の織物洗浄組成物、洗濯洗剤組成物、及び水を含む漂白剤含有水性洗浄液を形成する工程と、
(b)織物と前記漂白剤含有洗浄液とを接触させる工程と、
(c)前記漂白剤含有洗浄液と接触させた前記織物を洗濯洗浄サイクルにさらす工程と、を含む。
本発明の織物洗浄組成物は、酸素系漂白源と、少なくとも1つの第1の漂白活性剤と、第2の漂白活性剤とを含み、水性環境下の時に第1の漂白活性剤が第1のジアシル過酸化物を生成し、水性環境下の時に第2の漂白活性剤が第2のジアシル過酸化物を生成し、第1のジアシル過酸化物と第2のジアシル過酸化物とが異なっている。
酸素系漂白剤源は、酸化可能な基質に移動される酸素原子を供給し、このような酸素系漂白剤源は、漂白系の本質的な特徴である。本発明の洗浄組成物は、酸素系漂白剤源を15重量%〜50重量%、好ましくは20重量%〜45重量%、より好ましくは25重量%〜40重量%、最も好ましくは25重量%〜35重量%含む。
本発明の織物洗浄組成物は、少なくとも1つの第1の漂白活性剤と、第2の漂白活性剤とを含む。第1の漂白活性剤と第2の漂白活性剤とは異なっている。水性環境下の時に第1の漂白活性剤が第1の対称ジアシル過酸化物を生成し、水性環境下の時に第2の漂白活性剤は第2の対称ジアシル過酸化物を生成する。また、第1の対称ジアシル過酸化物と第2の対称ジアシル過酸化物とは異なっている。対称ジアシル過酸化物とは、下記の構造に示すように、2つのアシル部分R−CO及びR’−COが過酸化物主鎖と結合するジアシル過酸化物分子を意味する。
R−CO−O−O−OC−R’
は、同じである。すなわち、RはR’と同じである。一方、非対称ジアシル過酸化物は、上述の化学構造において、RはR’とは異なっている。理論に束縛されるものではないが、2つの異なる対称ジアシル過酸化物は、相乗的な染み除去活性を与えると考えられる。実際、特定の濃度においての2種の対称ジアシル過酸化物の存在が、対称ジアシル過酸化物の1種だけの等モル濃度の存在よりも改善された染み除去を示すこと明らかにした。理論に束縛されるものではないが、洗浄液中の第1及び第2の漂白活性剤の同時存在も、第3の対称ジアシル過酸化物の形成に至り、洗浄性能に更に増加させる一因になると考えられる。
本明細書の漂白組成物は、界面活性剤、酵素、充填剤、キレート剤、ラジカルスカベンジャー、酸化防止剤、安定剤、ビルダー、汚れ懸濁ポリマー、ポリマー汚れ放出剤、移染防止剤、溶剤、泡制御剤、泡促進剤、光沢剤、香料、顔料、染料、金属含有漂白触媒、遷移金属複合体などから成る群から選択されたような他の任意成分を更に含んでもよい。
本発明は、織物の染み、特に脂肪の染み、赤い食べ物の染み、又はこれらの組み合わせを除去するための方法を包含し、以下の工程:
a)前出請求項のいずれかの織物洗浄組成物、洗濯洗剤組成物、及び水を含む漂白剤含有水性洗浄液を形成する工程と、
b)織物と前記の漂白剤含有洗浄液とを接触させる工程と、
c)前記漂白剤含有洗浄液と接触させた前記織物を洗濯洗浄サイクルにさらす工程と、を含む。
以下の濃度の、ペルオキシ供給源(過炭酸ナトリウム)、第1の漂白活性剤(NOBS)及び第2の漂白活性剤(DOBA)を含む、漂白組成物を調製した。
組成物B〜Eは、本発明による組成物である。
(2)サビナーゼ、Novozymes(デンマーク)から、1グラム当たり15.8mgの活性酵素
(3)セルクリーン、Novozymes(デンマーク)から、1グラム当たり15.6mgの活性酵素
(4)リペックス、Novozymes(デンマーク)から、1グラム当たり1.88mgの活性酵素
Claims (5)
- 25重量%〜40重量%の酸素系漂白剤源と、2重量%〜10重量%の少なくとも1つの第1の漂白活性剤と、2重量%〜10重量%の第2の漂白活性剤と、を含む織物洗浄組成物であって、
水性環境下の時、前記第1の漂白活性剤が第1の対称ジアシル過酸化物を生成し、水性環境下の時、前記第2の漂白活性剤が第2の対称ジアシル過酸化物を生成し、
前記第1の対称ジアシル過酸化物と前記第2の対称ジアシル過酸化物とが異なっており、
前記第1の漂白活性剤が、ノナノイルオキシベンゼンスルフォネートであり、前記第2の漂白活性剤が、デカノイルオキシ安息香酸であり、
前記ノナノイルオキシベンゼンスルフォネートと前記デカノイルオキシ安息香酸との比が、1:3〜3:1であり、
前記酸素系漂白剤源が、過炭酸塩である、織物洗浄組成物。 - 前記織物洗浄組成物の0.02重量%〜0.20重量%の、アリールイミニウムカチオン、アリールイミニウム双極性イオン、及びこれらの混合物から成る群から選択されるアリールイミニウム有機漂白触媒を含む、請求項1に記載の織物洗浄組成物。
