Description
2−COOH+Fe→2−COO-+Fe2++H2
による鉄金属の酸化におけるプロトンを供給し、他方でこれはインク媒体中の遊離Fe2+イオンの錯化剤/可溶化剤としても作用し、遊離Fe2+イオンが鉄金属上に酸化物保護層を形成するのを妨げる:
Fe2++n−COO-→[Fe(−COO)n](n-2)-
各実施例において、インクは、乾燥剤以外の以下に記載される処方の成分を混合し、3本ロールミルSDY300(1本は8バール、2本は16バール)に3回通すことによって調製される。乾燥剤を最後に添加し15分間混合し、完成したインクを真空下で脱気した。
1.銀コーティング:
70gの酸化鉄を280mlの蒸留水中に分散させ、硝酸銀溶液(140mlの水酸化アンモニウム(28%)、720mlの硝酸銀(8.7%)、及び140mlの水酸化アンモニウム(28%)の混合物)を70℃で強く撹拌しながら滴下して加えることによって、銀で被覆した酸化鉄粒子を得た。70℃でさらに1時間連続的に撹拌した後、280mlのD−グルコース溶液(28%)を一気に加えた。得られた黄色の沈殿物を撹拌下で冷却させ、ろ過し、蒸留水で洗浄し、最後に80℃で約16時間乾燥させた。
こうして得られる銀で被覆した酸化鉄粒子を、対応する顔料及び165gのポリビニルピロリドン(PVP K10)を600mlの蒸留水、3Lの28%水酸化アンモニウム、及び4.78Lの1−プロパノールの混合物中に1時間かけて分散させることにより、SiO2でさらに被覆した。650mLのテトラエトキシシラン(TEOS)を加えた後、混合物を150rpmで一晩(約16時間)室温にて撹拌した。次いでスラリーをろ過し、ろ取物を絶えず撹拌しながら、得られる固体を2Lの蒸留水で洗浄した。得られる固体を空気中で5時間乾燥させた。得られる生成物をさらに、オーブン中で80℃にて約16時間乾燥させた。
TiO2で被覆した鉄を、0.4M Lutensol(BASF)などの60μlの非イオン性界面活性剤を含有する100mlの無水エタノールの溶液中に4gの鉄を分散せることによって調製した。15分間にわたる撹拌の後、120μlのチタンイソプロポキシド(TTIP)を一度に加えた。反応物を不活性雰囲気下で2時間、及び空気中で一晩撹拌した。

Claims (18)
- 40℃における粘度が3Pa.s〜15Pa.sであり、カルボン酸基を含有するポリマー性有機バインダー及び磁性顔料粒子を含む彫刻凹版鋼製金型印刷法のためのインクであって、前記磁性顔料粒子が少なくとも1つの別材料の層によって覆われている、鉄、Fe2O3及びFe3O4から選択される磁性コア材料を含むことを特徴とする、彫刻凹版鋼製金型印刷法のためのインク。
- 前記磁性コア材料が少なくとも2つの別材料の層によって覆われている、請求項1に記載のインク。
- 前記磁性コア材料が少なくとも3つの別材料の層によって覆われている、請求項1から2のいずれか一項に記載のインク。
- 被覆層が、単一で又は組み合わせで、磁性顔料粒子に表面特性及び分散特性を与える、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のインク。
- 被覆層が、単一で又は組み合わせで、高い正反射率又は拡散反射率、スペクトル選択性の吸収又は反射、及び角度依存性の吸収又は反射から選択される、可視及び/又は近赤外における特定の光学特性を顔料粒子に与える、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のインク。
- 磁性顔料粒子のサイズが、0.1μm〜30μmである、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のインク。
- 磁性顔料粒子が球形である、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のインク。
- 磁性コア材料を覆う層が、有機材料の群及び無機材料の群から選択される、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のインク。
- 前記有機材料が、ポリアクリレート、ポリスチレン、3−メタクリル−オキシプロピルトリメトキシシランから成る群から選択される、請求項8に記載のインク。
- 前記無機材料が、金属アルミニウム、ニッケル、パラジウム、白金、銅、銀、金、及びそれらの合金、マグネシウム及び亜鉛の誘電性モノオキシド、アルミニウム、イットリウム、及びランタノイドの誘電性セスキオキシド、ケイ素、チタン、ジルコニウム、及びセリウムの誘電性ジオキシド、並びに亜鉛及びカルシウムの誘電性モノスルフィドから成る群から選択される、請求項8に記載のインク。
- インク組成物の総重量を基準として、3〜70重量%の前記磁性顔料粒子を含有することを特徴とする、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載のインク。
- CIELAB(1976)スケールに従って、前記磁性顔料のバルクの明るさL*が60を超えることを特徴とする、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載のインク。
- 800〜1000nmの間で60%を超える拡散赤外反射率を有する、請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載のインク。
- 紙幣、パスポート、小切手、証明書、IDカード又は決済カード、証紙及びラベルを含むセキュリティ文書の印刷における、請求項1から13のいずれか一項に記載の彫刻凹版鋼製金型印刷法用インクの使用。
- 請求項1から13のいずれか一項に記載のインクを少なくとも一部に有するセキュリティ文書。
- 請求項1から13のいずれか一項に記載のインクの異なるレベルの磁気信号の印刷領域を有する、請求項15に記載のセキュリティ文書。
- 同じ色を有するが磁性を示さない別の凹版インクと組み合わせて印刷された、請求項1から13のいずれか一項に記載のインクを有する、請求項15に記載のセキュリティ文書。
- 請求項1から13のいずれか一項に記載のインクを彫刻凹版鋼製金型印刷法によって前記セキュリティ文書上に塗布するステップを含む、請求項15から17のいずれか一項に記載のセキュリティ文書の製造方法。
