Claims (14)
- 2つ以上のバッテリーモジュールを含む中型または大型のバッテリーパックであって、前記2つ以上のバッテリーモジュールがそれぞれ、連続的に積み重ねられた複数の板状バッテリーセルを有しており、
バッテリーセルユニットが積み重ねられた状態で2つ以上のバッテリーセルユニットが互いに直列に接続される構造で前記バッテリーモジュールが構成され、
前記バッテリーセルユニットのそれぞれが、2つ以上のバッテリーセルが互いに密接して筐体の中に装着される状態で互いに並列に接続される構造で構成され、
前記バッテリーモジュールの外部入力端子および外部出力端子、すなわちモジュールカソード端子およびモジュールアノード端子が、前記バッテリーモジュールの対向側部に配置され、
前記バッテリーモジュールが奇数のバッテリーセルユニットを含み、
前記バッテリーパックが、前記2つ以上のバッテリーモジュールが互いに隣り合って配置されると共に、前記2つ以上のバッテリーモジュールが各バッテリーモジュールの縦方向に配置される構造で構成される、バッテリーパック。 - 前記板状バッテリーセルのそれぞれが、樹脂層および金属層を含む積層板で形成されたバッテリーケースの中に装着されたカソード/セパレータ/アノード構造の電極組立体を含むパウチ形のバッテリーセルであり、前記パウチ形のバッテリーセルが、カソード端子およびアノード端子が前記バッテリーケースの対向端から突出する構造で構成される、請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記板状バッテリーセルのそれぞれが、気密にシールされた状態の電極と共に角形の容器の中に設置されたカソード/セパレータ/アノード構造の電極組立体を含み、カソード端子およびアノード端子が、前記角形の容器の対向端から突出する構造で構成された、角形のバッテリーセルである、請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記バッテリーセルユニットのそれぞれが、2つのバッテリーセルが互いに並列に接続される構造で構成される、請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記筐体が互いに結合されて、前記バッテリーセルのカソード端子およびアノード端子を除いて、前記2つ以上のバッテリーセルで構成されるバッテリーセル積層体の外側全体を取り囲む、請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記筐体のそれぞれが、前記バッテリーセル積層体の外形に対応する内部構造を有し、前記筐体が、組み立て方式で互いに結合される、請求項5に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記筐体が、互いに面する状態で互いに接触状態になると前記筐体のセクション結合部分が互いに結合される構造で構成される、請求項6に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記筐体が、互いに面するように互いに接触する状態で前記筐体に力が加えられた場合に前記筐体の前記セクション結合部分が弾性結合によって互いに係合される雌雄連結構造で構成される、請求項7に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記筐体のそれぞれが、高い熱伝導率を示す金属板で作製される、請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記バッテリーセルの隣り合う電極端子同士が、溶接またははんだ付けによって互いに結合される、請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記バッテリーパックが、前記バッテリーモジュールが前記各バッテリーモジュールの横方向および縦方向に同時に配置される構造で構成される、請求項1に記載の中型または大型のバッテリーパック。
- 前記バッテリーパックが、冷却剤を駆動する力が吸引ファンによってもたらされる空冷式冷却構造で構成される、請求項1に記載の中型または大型のバッテリーパック。
- 前記バッテリーパックが、冷却剤を駆動する力が吸引ポンプによってもたらされる水冷式冷却構造で構成される、請求項1に記載の中型または大型のバッテリーパック。
- 前記バッテリーパックが、電気車両、ハイブリッド電気車両、またはプラグインハイブリッド電気車両の動力源として使用される、請求項1に記載の中型または大型のバッテリーパック。
