Claims (6)
- 中心部に回転軸が貫通し、内部には前記回転軸の上端部を支持する上部軸受けが嵌入する上部軸受け嵌入空間が形成される第1ブラケットと、
前記第1ブラケットの内部に取り付けられて前記上部軸受け嵌入空間を封止する上部フェルトカバーと、
前記第1ブラケットが上面に取り付けられ、前記回転軸が貫通する底面中央部には前記回転軸の下端部を支持する下部軸受けが嵌入する下部軸受け嵌入空間が形成される第2ブラケットと、
前記第2ブラケットの底面に取り付けられて前記下部軸受け嵌入空間を封止する下部フェルトカバーと、
を備え、前記第1ブラケットの内面の上端部には多数の第1係合突起が内側に向かって突設されているフランジ部が下方に延設され、
前記上部フェルトカバーの外面には前記フランジ部に形成されている第1係合突起が嵌入する第1嵌合溝が形成されることを特徴とするファンモーター。 - 前記第2ブラケットの下部内面には多数の第2係合突起が内側に向かって突設され、
前記下部フェルトカバーの外面には前記第2係合突起が嵌入する第2嵌合溝が形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のファンモーター。 - 前記上部フェルトカバーの上面には油が上部フェルトカバーと第1ブラケットとの間に漏れ出ることを防ぐための上部油リングが設けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のファンモーター。
- 前記上部フェルトカバーの上面には、上部油リングが嵌着される第1載置溝が円形状に形成されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のファンモーター。
- 前記下部フェルトカバーの上面には、油が下部フェルトカバーと第2ブラケットとの間に漏れ出ることを防ぐための下部油リングが設けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のファンモーター。
- 前記下部フェルトカバーの上面には、下部油リングが嵌着される第2載置溝が円形状に形成されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のファンモーター。
