Description
Claims (3)
- 水素含有燃料を用いて改質ガスを発生させる改質器と、
前記改質ガスを用いて発電を行うセルスタックと、
前記セルスタックから供給されるオフガスを燃焼させて前記改質器を加熱する燃焼部と、
前記改質器、前記燃焼部及び前記セルスタックを少なくとも収納する筐体と、
前記改質器に供給される前記水素含有燃料の脱硫を行う脱硫器と、を備え、
前記脱硫器は、前記筐体の上面に対し熱的に接続するように取り付けられており、
前記セルスタック、前記燃焼部、前記改質器及び前記脱硫器が、高さ方向における下から上にこの順で配置される構成とされて前記脱硫器が加熱され、
前記脱硫器は、その内部に前記水素含有燃料を流通させる流路を有し、
前記流路は、前記水素含有燃料を流入させる入口部側と前記水素含有燃料を流出させる出口部側とで互いに熱交換可能になるよう折り返されており、
前記流路には、脱硫触媒が充填され、折り返された前記流路における、前記水素含有燃料が互いに対向して流れる前記入口部及び前記出口部には、前記水素含有燃料を拡散させる拡散層が設けられていることを特徴とする燃料電池モジュール。 - 前記脱硫器は、前記筐体の上面に対し、前記脱硫器が上限温度以上とならないよう設定された厚さの板状の断熱材を介して取り付けられていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の燃料電池モジュール。
- 前記筐体及び前記脱硫器は、断熱材で包まれていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の燃料電池モジュール。
