Claims (5)
- 疑似四角形の基板上に複数のグリッド線を、処理方向に延在し且つ平行となるように、印刷する微細押出システムであって、
供給流路に沿ってグリッド線材料を供給するためのグリッド線材料供給システムと、
微細押出印刷ヘッドアセンブリと、
を含み、
前記微細押出印刷ヘッドアセンブリが、
前記微細押出印刷ヘッドアセンブリの中央の横処理領域に配置された第1の出口オリフィスを各々有する複数の第1のノズルチャネルと、
第1の入口と前記複数の第1のノズルチャネルのそれぞれとの間に連通している第1の流れチャネルと、
前記中央の横処理領域の外部に位置する第1の横処理側方領域に配置された第2の出口オリフィスを各々有する第1の組の第2のノズルチャネルと、
前記第1の横処理側方領域と第2の横処理側方領域との間に位置している前記中央の横処理領域の外部に位置する前記第2の横処理側方領域に配置された第2の出口オリフィスを各々有する第2の組の第2のノズルチャネルと、
第2の入口と前記第1の組の第2のノズルチャネル及び前記第2の組の第2のノズルチャネルの前記第2の出口オリフィスのそれぞれとの間に連通している第2の流れチャネルと、
前記グリッド線材料供給システムと前記第1の入口との間において前記供給流路に配置された第1の弁と、
前記グリッド線材料供給システムと前記第2の入口との間において前記供給流路に配置された第2の弁と、
開始信号に応答して前記第1の弁及び前記第2の弁の双方が開放し、前記第1の弁及び前記第2の弁の双方が印刷開始時刻に印刷ヘッド内へと前記グリッド線材料の部分を同時に押し出すことを開始して、前記押し出された前記グリッド線材料によって形成されたグリッド線の前端部分が第1のステップパターンを形成し、前記印刷開始時刻の後の第2の開始時刻に第1の停止コマンドに応答して前記第2の弁が閉鎖され、且つ、前記第2の開始時刻の後の第3の時刻に第2の停止コマンドに応答して前記第1の弁が閉鎖されて、前記押し出された前記グリッド線材料によって形成されたグリッド線の後端部分が第2のステップパターンを形成するように、前記第1の弁及び前記第2の弁の動作を制御するように構成されたコントローラと、
を備え、
前記第1の出口オリフィスのそれぞれが、オフセット距離だけ前記第1の組の第2のノズルチャネル及び前記第2の組の第2のノズルチャネルの前記第2の出口オリフィスのそれぞれから前記処理方向にオフセットされている、
微細押出システム。 - 前記コントローラは、前記疑似四角形の基板が前記印刷ヘッドに対して第2の位置に位置するときに、第2のコマンドを前記第2の弁に送信し、且つ前記疑似四角形の基板が前記印刷ヘッドに対して第3の位置に位置するとき第3のコマンドを前記第1の弁に送信するように更に構成されている請求項1に記載の微細押出システム。
- 前記微細押出印刷ヘッドアセンブリは、
前記中央の横処理領域及び前記第1の横処理側方領域の外部に位置する第3の横処理側方領域に配置された第3の出口オリフィスを各々有する第3のノズルチャネルの第1の組と、
前記中央の横処理領域及び前記第2の横処理側方領域の外部に位置する第4の横処理側方領域に配置された第3の出口オリフィスを各々有する第3のノズルチャネルの第2の組と、
前記第3のノズルチャネルの前記第1の組及び前記第2の組の前記第3の出口オリフィスの各々と第3の入口との間に連通している第3の流れチャネルと、
を備え、
前記第3の出口オリフィスの各々は、第2のオフセット距離だけ、前記第2のノズルチャネルの前記第1の組及び前記第2の組の前記第2の出口オリフィスの各々から前記処理方向にオフセットされ、
前記微細押出システムは、前記グリッド線材料供給システムと前記第3の入口との間の前記供給流路の間に配置された第3の弁を更に備え、
前記コントローラは、前記印刷開始時刻に、前記第1の弁、前記第2の弁、及び前記第3の弁が前記グリッド線材料の部分を前記印刷ヘッドの中に入れるために同時に押し出しを開始するように、前記第3の弁を制御するように更に構成されている請求項1に記載の微細押出システム。 - 前記コントローラは、前記第1の出口オリフィス、前記第2の出口オリフィス、及び前記第3の出口オリフィスから押し出された前記グリッド線材料によって前記疑似四角形の基板に続いて形成されたグリッド線の第1の端が前記第1のステップパターンを形成するように、前記疑似四角形の基板が前記印刷ヘッドに対して第1の位置に位置するとき、第1のコマンドを前記第1の弁、前記第2の弁、及び前記第3の弁の各々に同時に送信するように更に構成されている請求項3に記載の微細押出システム。
- 前記コントローラは、前記第3の出口オリフィスからの第3のグリッド線材料の部分の流れを終了させるために、第3の停止コマンドに応答して解放動作状態から閉鎖動作状態に前記第3の弁が調節されるように、前記第1の停止コマンドを送信する前に前記第3の停止コマンドを前記第3の弁に送信するように更に構成されている請求項3に記載の微細押出システム。
