Description
図1は、本発明の実施の形態1における捩り管形熱交換器の水配管長手方向に対する断面を模式的に示す図である。図1に示すように、捩り管形熱交換器1は外周に複数条(例えば3条)の山谷を条毎に連続して螺旋状に設けた捩り管を水配管3としている。水配管3は、りん脱酸銅平滑管の両端を固定し、内径側にマンドレルを挿入して連続的に捩り加工を加えることで、複数条の山谷底部が形成される。このとき水配管3のスパイラルピッチPを精度よく制御することで、後述する冷媒配管5の嵌め込みが健全に行われる。
Claims (4)
- 外周に複数条の山谷底部を条毎に連続して螺旋状に設けたりん脱酸銅から成る水配管と、
前記水配管外周の山谷底部の形状に沿って螺旋状に巻き付け固定された冷媒配管と、
前記水配管の端部に接続されたりん脱酸銅から成る継ぎ手配管と、を備え、
前記水配管と前記継ぎ手配管との接合部は、スズが4.0〜8.0重量%含有され、リンが6.8〜8.0重量%含有され、且つ銀が含有されていないりん銅ろうのろう材を用いてろう付けされて成る捩り管形熱交換器。 - 前記水配管及び前記継ぎ手配管と前記ろう材との電位差が5mv以下である請求項1に記載の捩り管形熱交換器。
- 前記接合部は、前記水配管と前記継ぎ手配管との接合部の重ね代が5〜7mmである請求項1又は請求項2に記載の捩り管形熱交換器。
- 外周に複数条の山谷底部を条毎に連続して螺旋状に設けたりん脱酸銅から成る水配管を製作し、
前記水配管外周の山谷底部の形状に沿って冷媒配管を螺旋状に嵌め込んだ後、前記水配管の山部をカシメ接合し、
スズが4.0〜8.0重量%含有され、リンが6.8〜8.0重量%含有され、且つ銀が含有されていないりん銅ろうのろう材を用いて、前記水配管の端部とりん脱酸銅から成る継ぎ手配管との接合部をろう付けする
