Claims (9)
- 照明モジュールであって、
所定のスペクトラルパワー分布を有する所定の量の光を生成することができる1以上のダイを含む、少なくとも1つのパッケージ化された発光ダイオードと、
前記少なくとも1つのパッケージ化された発光ダイオードから放射された前記所定の量の光の一部を所定の量の変換光に変換するように構成された光混合チャンバとを含み、
前記光混合チャンバが、
前記所定の量の変換光の一部を出力することができる出力ポートと、
前記パッケージ化された少なくとも1つの発光ダイオードの前記所定のスペクトラルパワー分布を有する光の第1の部分を変換して、第2のスペクトルパワー分布を有する光を生成するための第1の波長変換材料を含み、前記光混合チャンバの一部を画定する第1の選択可能な波長変換要素と、
前記パッケージ化された少なくとも1つの発光ダイオードの前記所定のスペクトラルパワー分布を有する光の第2の部分を変換して、第3のスペクトルパワー分布を有する光を生成するための第2の波長変換材料を含み、前記光混合チャンバの別の一部を画定する第2の選択可能な波長変換要素とを含み、
前記第1の選択可能な波長変換要素及び前記第2の選択可能な波長変換要素は、前記パッケージ化された少なくとも1つの発光ダイオードから物理的に分離され、前記第1の選択可能な波長変換要素及び前記第2の選択可能な波長変換要素の各々が、前記パッケージ化された少なくとも1つの発光ダイオードにより放射された光が直接到達するような光路上にあり、
前記第2の波長変換材料の量が、前記第3のスペクトルパワー分布を有する光を調整するべく調節されるように構成され、前記光混合チャンバから前記出力ポートを介して放射され、CIE 1976 u'v'色度図においてターゲット色点に対する差異の程度Δu'v'が0.009以内の色点を有するような混合光を生成することを特徴とする照明モジュール。 - 請求項1に記載の照明モジュールであって、
前記第1の波長変換材料は、前記少なくとも1つのパッケージ化された発光ダイオードで生成された光を変換し、CIE 1976 u'v'色度図において第1の方向に沿った第1の大きさの色点シフトを生じさせ、
前記第2の波長変換材料は、前記少なくとも1つのパッケージ化された発光ダイオードで生成された光を変換し、CIE 1976 u'v'色度図において前記第1の方向とは互いに平行でない第2の方向に沿った第2の大きさの色点シフトを生じさせ、
前記第1の波長変換材料及び前記第2の波長変換材料は、前記パッケージ化された少なくとも1つの発光ダイオードのスペクトルパワー分布に応じて、前記第1の大きさ及び前記第2の大きさを制御するように選択可能であることを特徴とする照明モジュール。 - 請求項2に記載の照明モジュールであって、
前記第1の波長変換材料及び前記第2の波長変換材料の少なくとも一方は、出力ウインドウであることを特徴とする照明モジュール。 - 請求項2に記載の照明モジュールであって、
前記出力ポートから出力される光が、CIE 1976 u'v'色度図におけるターゲット色点に対する差異の程度Δu'v'が0.0035以内の色点を有することを特徴とする照明モジュール。 - 照明モジュールであって、
所定のスペクトラルパワー分布を有する所定の量の光を生成することができる1以上のダイを含む、少なくとも1つのパッケージ化された発光ダイオードと、
前記少なくとも1つのパッケージ化された発光ダイオードから放射された前記所定の量の光の一部を所定の量の変換光に変換するように構成された光混合チャンバとを含み、
前記所定の量の変換光は、前記光混合チャンバの出力ポートから出力され、
前記光混合チャンバが、
第1の波長変換特性を有する第1の種類の波長変換材料を含み、前記光混合チャンバの一部を画定する第1の選択可能な波長変換要素と、
前記第1の波長変換特性とは互いに異なる第2の波長変換特性を有する第2の種類の波長変換材料を含み、前記光混合チャンバの別の一部を画定する第2の選択可能な波長変換要素とを含み、
前記第1の選択可能な波長変換要素及び前記第2の選択可能な波長変換要素は、前記少なくとも1つのパッケージ化された発光ダイオードから物理的に分離され、
前記第1の選択可能な波長変換要素及び前記第2の選択可能な波長変換要素の各々が、前記少なくとも1つの発光ダイオードにより放射された光が直接到達するような光路上にあり、
前記第1の種類の波長変換材料の量及び前記第2の種類の波長変換材料の量は、前記出力ポートから出力される前記光がCIE 1976 u'v'色度図においてターゲット色点に対する差異の程度Δu'v'が0.009以内の色点を有するように、個々に選択されることを特徴とする照明モジュール。 - 請求項5に記載の照明モジュールであって、
前記少なくとも1つのパッケージ化された発光ダイオードで生成された前記所定の量の光に応じて、前記第1の種類の波長変換材料によって、CIE 1976 u'v'色度図において第1の方向に沿った色点シフトを生じさせ、
前記少なくとも1つのパッケージ化された発光ダイオードによって生成された前記所定の量の光に応じて、前記第2の種類の波長変換材料によって、CIE 1976 u'v'色度図において前記第1の方向とは互いに平行でない第2の方向に沿った色点シフトを生じさせるようにしたことを特徴とする照明モジュール。 - 請求項5に記載の照明モジュールであって、
前記第1の種類の波長変換材料の量及び前記第2の種類の波長変換材料の量が、前記少なくとも1つのパッケージ化された発光ダイオードについて測定したスペクトラルパワー分布に基づいて選択されることを特徴とする照明モジュール。 - 請求項5に記載の照明モジュールであって、
前記出力ポートから出力される光が、CIE 1976 u'v'色度図におけるターゲット色点に対する差異の程度Δu'v'が0.0035以内の色点を有することを特徴とする照明モジュール。 - 請求項8に記載の照明モジュールであって、
前記第1及び第2の選択可能な波長変換要素の一方は、出力ウインドウであることを特徴とする照明モジュール。
