Abstract

一种发光二极管灯具,其包括壳体、发光模组、以及驱动该发光模组的电源模组。该壳体包括依次相邻设置的收容发该光模组的光学部、以及收容电源模组的电气部。该发光模组包括多个并排平行设置的电路板、多个发光二极管、和多个光学透镜。该多个发光二极管呈阵列式的排布在电路板的表面。该多个光学透镜仅覆盖部分发光二极管,未覆盖光学透镜的多个发光二极管呈对称排布以提高亮度的同时调整该发光二极管灯具的配光曲线。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种发光二极管灯具。
背景技术
随着LED的相关产品技术不断发展成熟,发光二极管(LED)灯具作为新型环保,节能的下一代光源产品,在生活中被人们越来越多的广泛应用。
在实际应用过程中,人们对发光二极管灯具的整体节能效果要求越来越高,即在功率消耗一定的条件下,灯具的输出光通量要尽可能多,也就是对灯具的光效值要求越来越高。然而,为了满足不同使用场所的要求又需要增加光学透镜来实现二次配光,这样势必会减小实际光输出。因此有必有提供一种光效值较高同时仍具有较佳的配光曲线的发光二极管灯具。
发明内容
为解决现有技术对发光二极管灯具光效值及配光曲线要求越来越高的问题,有必要提供一种光效值较高同时仍具有较佳的配光曲线的发光二极管灯具。
一种发光二极管灯具,其包括壳体、发光模组、以及驱动该发光模组的电源模组。该壳体包括依次相邻设置的收容发该光模组的光学部、以及收容电源模组的电气部。该发光模组包括多个并排平行设置的电路板、多个发光二极管、和多个光学透镜。该多个发光二极管呈阵列式的排布在电路板的表面。该多个光学透镜仅覆盖部分发光二极管,未覆盖光学透镜的多个发光二极管呈对称排布以提高亮度的同时调整该发光二极管灯具的配光曲线。
相较于现有技术,本发明的发光模组具有多个由光学透镜覆盖的发光二极管,以及对称排布的多个未覆盖光学透镜的发光二极管,因此发光二极管灯具的光效值较高的同时仍具有较佳的配光曲线,而且可以起到一定的标识作用。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1-2,本发明第一实施方式的发光二极管灯具1包括壳体10、发光模组11、用于驱动该发光模组11的电源模组12、反射板114、灯罩14、盖体15、散热器16、以及密封垫圈17。
该电源模组12包括供电单元120、电线109、及设于电线109端部的防水接头121。供电单元120经由电线109及防水接头121电连接到外部电源,并将外部电源转变为驱动发光模组11的工作电压。
该壳体10包括依次相邻设置的光学部101、电气部102、及灯头103。光学部101包括框架104以及由该框架104定义的用于收容该发光模组11的收容槽105。该电气部102位于该光学部101的一侧用于收容电源模组12以及与该电源模组12相连接的电线109。该灯头103用于将该壳体10固定连接到外部电气设备(图未示)以提供该电源模组12的工作电源。本实施方式中,该灯头103为中空管状,其一端与该电气部102贯通连接,另一端用于连接路灯灯杆(图未示)。该电线109及防水接头121可以穿过灯头103后连接灯杆中的对应的接头以对该电源模组12供电。从电源模组12引出的电线109环绕该收容槽105设置用于提供驱动该发光模组11工作电压。
该发光模组11包括多个并排平行设置的电路板111、多个发光二极管112、多个光学透镜113,和多个反射板114。本实施方式中,该电路板111呈长方形条状,其两端分别固定在该收容槽105相对两侧的框架104上,并电连接从电源模组12引出的电线109以提供发光二极管112的工作电压。该多个发光二极管112呈阵列式的排布在每一电路板111的表面。该多个光学透镜113覆盖部分发光二极管112以调整该发光二极管灯具1的配光曲线。本实施方式中,每一电路板111设置两排发光二极管112;每一排发光二极管112中,除了最左侧的两个发光二极管112及最右侧的两个发光二极管112之外,其他发光二极管112均被光学透镜113覆盖。该反射板114对应发光二极管112设置有多个阵列排布的通孔115。本实施方式中,该每个反射板114对应覆盖贴设于一个电路板111,使承载于电路板111上的发光二极管112及光学透镜113暴露于该通孔131。
该灯罩14呈弧形,其罩设于壳体10的光学部101的顶部一侧用于保护发光模组11。该密封垫圈17呈环形,其夹设于灯罩14边缘与光学部101的框架104之间以增强该发光二极管灯具1的防水密封性能。替代实施方式中,还可在灯罩14与光学部101的框架104之间另设一胶框108用于同时固定该灯罩14与该反射板114。
该盖体15罩设于壳体10的电气部102,并通过夹于壳体10边缘与电气部102之间的另一密封垫圈17封闭该电气部102,以保护收容于其中的该电源模组12。
该散热器16设置在光学部101的底部的另一侧,其包括一散热基板161与多个散热鳍片162。该散热鳍片162相互间隔固定于该散热基板161的一侧。该散热基板161的另一侧抵靠该发光模组11的电路板111,以及时传导发光模组11工作时产生的热量。替代实施方式中,该电路板111与散热基板161之间可进一步涂抹散热材料,如导热硅脂,以进一步提高散热器16的热传导效率。该发光二极管灯具1组装后的结构如图3所示。
因为本发明的发光模组11具有多个由光学透镜113覆盖的发光二极管112,以及对称排布在两侧的未覆盖光学透镜113的多个发光二极管112,因此该发光二极管灯具1光效值较高的同时仍具有较佳的配光曲线。
请参阅图4,本发明第二实施方式的发光二极管灯具2与第一实施方式的发光二极管灯具1的区别在于:发光模组21包括并排设置的多个电路板211,其中位于最外侧的相对的两块电路板211上的发光二极管212均未覆盖光学透镜213。
请参阅图5,本发明第三实施方式的发光二极管灯具3与第一实施方式的发光二极管灯具1的区别在于:发光模组31包括并排设置的多个电路板311,位于中部的一块电路板311上的全部发光二极管312均未覆盖光学透镜314。其他电路板311上仅有中间的两列发光二极管312未覆盖光学透镜313。该发光二极管灯具3从整体上看,未覆盖光学透镜313的发光二极管312呈十字形对称排列。
替代实施方式中,该发光二极管灯具3中,未覆盖光学透镜314的发光二极管312还可以对称排列为大写英文字母或其他特殊符号,例如H、I、O、X、θ等。如此不仅提高光效值的同时具有较佳的配光曲线,而且可以起到一定的标识作和美观的功能。
本技术领域的普通技术人员应当认识到,以上的实施方式仅是用来说明本发明,而并非用作为对本发明的限定,例如只要在本发明的实质精神范围之内,对以上实施例所作的适当改变和变化都落在本发明要求保护的范围之内。

Claims (17)

1.一种发光二极管灯具,其包括壳体、发光模组、以及驱动该发光模组的电源模组,该壳体包括依次相邻设置的收容发该光模组的光学部、以及收容电源模组的电气部,该发光模组包括多个并排平行设置的电路板、多个发光二极管、和多个光学透镜,该多个发光二极管呈阵列式的排布在电路板的表面,其特征在于:该多个光学透镜仅覆盖部分发光二极管,未覆盖光学透镜的多个发光二极管呈对称排布以提高亮度的同时调整该发光二极管灯具的配光曲线。
2.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:未覆盖光学透镜的多个发光二极管对称排布在覆盖了光学透镜的发光二极的两侧。
3.如权利要求2所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:每一电路板设置两排发光二极管;每一排发光二极管中,除了最左侧的两个发光二极管及最右侧的两个发光二极管之外,其他发光二极管均被光学透镜覆盖。
4.如权利要求2所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:每一电路板设置两排发光二极管;除了位于最外侧相对的两块电路板上的发光二极管未覆盖光学透镜以外,其他电路老板上的发光二极管均覆盖有光学透镜。
5.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:未覆盖光学透镜的发光二极管呈十字形对称排列。
6.如权利要求5所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:每一电路板设置两排发光二极管;位于中部的一块电路板上的全部发光二极管均未覆盖光学透镜,其他电路板上仅有中间的两列发光二极管未覆盖光学透镜。
7.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:未覆盖光学透镜的发光二极管对称排列为大写英文字母的形状。
8.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:进一步包括弧形灯罩,其罩设光学部的一侧以保护发光模组。
9.如权利要求8所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:进一步包括环形密封垫圈,其夹设于灯罩边缘与光学部之间以增强该发光二极管灯具的防水密封性能。
10.如权利要求9所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:进一步包括设置在光学部另一侧的散热器,其包括一散热基板与多个散热鳍片,该散热鳍片相互间隔固定于该散热基板的一侧,该散热基板的另一侧抵靠该发光模组的电路板。
11.如权利要求10所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:该电路板与散热基板之间涂抹有导热硅脂。
12.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:进一步包括多个反射板,其设置有多个阵列排布的通孔,每一反射板对应覆盖贴设于一个电路板,使承载于电路板上的发光二极管暴露于该通孔。
13.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:进一步包括盖体,其罩设于壳体的电气部并将该电源模组封闭于该电气部。
14.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:该光学部包括框架以及由该框架定义的用于收容该发光模组的收容槽,从电源模组引出的电线环绕该收容槽设置用于提供驱动该发光模组工作电压。
15.如权利要求14所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:该电路板呈长方形条状,其两端分别固定在该收容槽相对两侧的框架上,并电连接环绕该收容槽设置的该电线以提供该工作电压给发光二极管。
16.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:该壳体进一步包括灯头,其用于将该壳体固定连接到外部电气设备以提供该电源模组的工作电源。
17.如权利要求16所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:该电源模组进一步包括供电单元、防水接头及将通过防水接头连接到供电单元的电线,该灯头为中空管状,该防水接头及其所连接的电线穿过灯头后连接外部电气设备。
