Abstract

一种发光二极管灯具,包括一灯架、位于该灯架一侧的散热器、若干发光二极管模组及一罩设这些发光二极管模组的灯罩,该发光二极管灯具还包括一均热板,该均热板的底面贴设于该散热器的一侧,该均热板的顶面供所述发光二极管模组贴设,该均热板内封有工作流体。与现有技术相比,所述发光二极管灯具在发光二极管模组和散热器之间设置均热板,该均热板可以更及时有效地将热量分布到散热器以散发到周围环境中去,从而能提高散热效率。

发光二极管灯具
技术领域
本发明涉及一种照明灯具,特别涉及一种发光二极管灯具。
背景技术
发光二极管光源作为一种新兴光源,虽然现在还不能大规模取代传统的白炽灯,但是其具有工作寿命长、节能、环保等优点,而普遍被市场所看好。而且,目前由发光二极管组成的模块能产生大功率、高亮度的光源,完全可以取代现有白炽灯实现室内外照明,也将广泛地、革命性地取代传统的白炽灯等现有的光源,进而成为符合节能环保主题的主要光源。
然而,功率、亮度越大的发光二极管或其模组产生的热量越大,且在体积相对较小的发光二极管灯具内难于散发出去。故,发光二极管尚存在较大散热技术瓶颈,这也是目前大功率、高亮度发光二极管灯具市场化最难突破的关键之处。目前业界通用的散热方案是在该灯具内设置一散热器,此类散热器一般是由导热性能良好的金属材料制成,其具有一底板和底板上形成的若干散热鳍片。
然而对于一些大功率的发光二极管灯具,其发热量高,这种单纯使用金属材料制成的散热器难于满足其散热的需求,故需进一步改进。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种具有均热板的发光二极管灯具。
一种发光二极管灯具,包括一灯架、位于该灯架一侧的散热器、若干发光二极管模组及一罩设这些发光二极管模组的灯罩,该发光二极管灯具还包括一均热板,该均热板的底面贴设于该散热器的一侧,该均热板的顶面供所述发光二极管模组贴设,该均热板内封有工作流体。
与现有技术相比,所述发光二极管灯具在发光二极管模组和散热器之间设置均热板,该均热板可以更及时有效地将热量分布到散热器以散发到周围环境中去,从而能提高散热效率。
下面参照附图,结合实施例对本发明作进一步的描述。

具体实施方式
请同时参阅图1和图2,本发明第一实施例的发光二极管灯具包括一均热板10、位于该均热板10下方且供该均热板10贴设的散热器20、贴设于该均热板10顶面的一光源模组30,该散热器20安装于一灯架40的一侧并将该光源模组30和均热板10夹置于该散热器20和灯架40之间。一透明灯罩50通过一压盖60安装于该灯架40的另一侧并遮罩该光源模组30。
请参阅图3,所述均热板10呈矩形,为一内封有工作流体的相变化导热壳体,其包括一下壳体11及盖设于该下壳体11上的顶板12。该下壳体11和顶板12共同形成一真空空间13。该下壳体11包括一矩形底板15、由该底板15的周缘垂直向上延伸的四侧壁17及由该底板15垂直向上延伸的横向和竖向交叉排布二组加强肋19以增强该均热板10的强度。每一组加强肋19由其中一侧壁17延伸向与该侧壁17相对应的另一侧壁17。该顶板12的周缘与该四侧壁17紧密贴合。这些加强肋19的竖直高度与该四侧壁17的高度相同以便该顶板12与这些加强肋19紧密贴合,使得这些加强肋19将该下壳体11和顶板12共同形成的真空空间13分割成若干真空腔体14。在本实施例中,该真空空间13被二组加强肋19分割成四个真空腔体14。在其他实施例中,该真空空间13可不分割或者分割成其他数量的真空腔体14。如图4所示本发明发光二极管灯具第二实施例的均热板10的下壳体11a,该下壳体11a与顶板12共同形成的真空空间13a不被分割,也就是说,该真空空间13a内不设置加强肋。如图5所示本发明发光二极管灯具第三实施例的均热板10的下壳体11b,该下壳体11b与顶板12共同形成的真空空间13b被横向排布的一组加强肋19b分割成两个真空腔体14b。如图6所示本发明发光二极管灯具第四实施例的均热板10的下壳体11c,该真空空间13被横向和纵向交叉排布地三组加强肋19c分割成六个真空腔体14c。每一组加强肋19相互间隔地设置有若干流体通道16,这些流体通道16使得相邻真空腔体14内的工作流体相互连通。
请同时参阅图1和图2,所述散热器20由导热性能良好的金属材料制成,其包括一板体22、自该板体22的上表面垂直向上延伸的若干平行间隔设置的散热片24及自该板体22的下表面垂直向下延伸的若干平行间隔设置的散热片26。该板体22上表面的中部未设置任何散热片24而形成一空间28,所述均热板10容置该空间28内且贴设于该板体22的上表面。该板体22于该均热板10的周围设置若干通孔29以供螺钉等紧固件穿过该通孔29,并将该散热器20螺锁于所述灯架40上。
请同时参阅图1和图2,所述光源模组30包括若干并排贴设于所述均热板10顶面的发光二极管模组32及罩设于这些发光二极管模组32且安装于该均热板10顶面的一导光罩34。每一发光二极管模组32包括一呈矩形的电路板320及贴设于该电路板320上的若干发光二极管322。该导光罩34包括一设有开口的框体340及自该框体340的内侧横向和纵向地交叉延伸的若干导光板342。这些导光板342覆盖该开口且将该开口分割成若干容置口344,每一容置口344与罩设在该导光罩34下方的发光二极管模组32的发光二极管322相对应且收容相应的发光二极管322。
请同时参阅图1和图2,所述灯架40包括一呈矩形的灯框42、从该灯框42的一端一体形成的供接线或安装之用的壳体44。该壳体44内收容一驱动电路模组用来为所述发光二极管模组32供电。该灯框42为一设有开口420的框架,该灯框42的底部对应所述散热器20的通孔29开设有若干螺纹盲孔422以便螺钉等紧固件穿过该通孔29后与该螺纹盲孔422螺锁。所述压盖60安装于该灯框42的顶部并将所述灯罩50压在该压盖60与灯框42之间以盖设该灯框42的开口420。
上述发光二极管灯具在使用时,发光二极管322产生的热量可由均热板10直接吸收并由均热板10内的工作流体发生相变化而将热量均匀分布到散热器20上,再由散热器20上的散热片24、26将热量散发到周围空气中。
与现有技术相比,上述发光二极管灯具在发光二极管模组32和散热器20之间设置相变化传热的均热板10,该均热板可以更及时有效地将热量分布到散热器20以散发到周围环境中去,从而能提高散热效率。此外,该均热板10内设置的若干加强肋19加强了该均热板10的强度。
可以理解地,上述均热板10的下壳体11及顶板12的其中之一或二者的内壁面设有毛细结构,以加快均热板10内的工作流体回流。
可以理解地,加强肋19可以为实体或空心金属块,也可为具有毛细结构的脉管或者具有毛细结构的其他构件,如:由金属粉末烧结而成的块体。

Claims (13)

1.一种发光二极管灯具,包括一灯架、位于该灯架一侧的散热器、若干发光二极管模组及一罩设这些发光二极管模组的灯罩,其特征在于:还包括一均热板,该均热板的底面贴设于该散热器的一侧,该均热板的顶面供所述发光二极管模组贴设,该均热板内封有工作流体。
2.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述均热板内形成一真空空间,工作流体封于该真空空间内,工作流体在受热时发生相变化。
3.如权利要求2所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述均热板内设置至少一加强肋,这些加强肋将所述真空空间分割成若干真空腔体。
4.如权利要求3所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述每一加强肋相互间隔地设置有若干流体通道,相邻真空腔体内的工作流体通过这些流体通道相互流通。
5.如权利要求3所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述均热板包括一下壳体及盖设于该下壳体上的顶板,该下壳体包括一底板及由该底板的周缘垂直向上延伸的四侧壁,所述每一加强肋由其中一侧壁延伸向与该侧壁相对应的另一侧壁。
6.如权利要求5所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述均热板的下壳体及顶板的其中之一或二者的内壁面设有毛细结构。
7.如权利要求5所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述每一加强肋的竖直高度与所述下壳体的四侧壁的高度相同以便所述顶板与这些加强肋紧密贴合。
8.如权利要求5至7任一项所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述每一加强肋由所述底板垂直向上延伸形成。
9.如权利要求1至7任一项所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述散热器包括一板体,所述均热板贴设于该板体中部的上表面。
10.如权利要求9所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述板体位于所述均热板两侧的上表面垂直向上延伸有若干平行间隔设置的散热片,该板体的下表面垂直向下延伸有若干平行间隔设置的散热片。
11.如权利要求10所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:还包括一罩设所述发光二极管模组的导光罩,该导光罩包括一设有开口的框体及自该框体的内侧横向和纵向交叉延伸且覆盖该开口的若干导光板,这些导光板将该开口分割成若干容置口。
12.如权利要求11所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述发光二极管模组包括若干发光二极管,所述每一容置口与每一发光二极管对应且收容该发光二极管。
13.如权利要求12所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述灯架包括一灯框,所述散热器安装于所述灯框的底部,所述发光二极管灯具还包括一压盖,该压盖安装于该灯框的顶部并将所述灯罩压在该压盖与灯框之间。
