Claims (6)
- 過飽和流体を処理する方法であって、前記方法は、
(a)細長い流通型処理装置を用意するステップであって、前記流通型処理装置は、
(i)内部に第1のチャンバを画定し、外部シェルの壁部を通過して前記第1のチャンバを大気圧外部環境に連通させる多孔度を有する外部シェル、
(ii)前記流体処理装置を通して前記過飽和流体を搬送するための内部搬送部材であって、気体透過性且つ液体不透過性であり、前記第1のチャンバを通って延び、前記外部シェルの第1の透過度と前記内部搬送部材の第2の透過度との気体透過比が1:1よりも大きい、内部搬送部材、及び、
(iii)前記外部シェルを前記内部搬送部材に固定するための接続具であって、前記外部シェルが前記内部搬送部材を機械的に保護する、接続具、
を有する、ステップと、
(b)加圧された気体により生成される動力下において前記過飽和流体を前記内部搬送部材の入口に供給するステップであって、前記過飽和流体が液体と前記気体とを含み、前記流体内の前記気体が、前記大気圧外部環境内の前記気体により加えられる第2の分圧よりも高い第1の分圧を加える、ステップと、
(c)前記第1のチャンバを通して前記内部搬送部材内で前記過飽和流体を搬送するステップと、
を含む方法。 - 前記第1の透過度と前記第2の透過度との前記気体透過比が少なくとも5:1である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記内部搬送部材が前記液体内において不溶性であり、少なくとも1GPUの前記第2の透過度を示す、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 過飽和流体を処理するための細長い流通型処理装置であって、
内部に第1のチャンバを画定し、外部シェルの壁部を通過して前記第1のチャンバを外部環境に連通させる多孔度を有し、前記多孔度が前記外部シェルを通過する第1の透過度を提供する外部シェルと、
前記第1のチャンバを濃縮水側と透過側とに分離する気体透過性、液体不透過性の非多孔性の内部膜であって、前記内部膜は、前記過飽和流体が前記第1のチャンバの前記濃縮水側を通過して搬送され得るように位置決めされており、前記内部膜は、前記内部膜の壁部を通過する第2の透過度を提供し、前記第1の透過度と前記第2の透過度との比が少なくとも5:1である、内部膜と、
前記外部シェルを前記内部膜に固定するための接続具であって、前記外部シェルが前記内部膜を機械的に保護する接続具と、
を備える装置。 - 前記外部シェルが第1の軸を画定する実質的な管形状であり、前記内部膜が、実質的に管形状であり、前記第1のチャンバを通り前記第1の軸に沿って全体的に軸方向に延びている、請求項4に記載の細長い流通型処理装置。
- 液体と気体とを有する流体を脱気するための装置であって、前記装置は、
第1のチャンバを画定する第1の管腔を有する多孔性の外部管であって、多孔性の第1の壁が、前記第1の管腔を取り囲み、前記第1のチャンバを環境から分離しており、前記多孔性の第1の壁は、気体に対して第1の透過度を有している、多孔性の外部管と、
前記第1のチャンバの中に配置された非多孔性の内部管であって、前記非多孔性の内部管は、前記気体に対して第2の透過度を有する非多孔性の気体透過性の第2の壁を有しており、前記第1の透過度と前記第2の透過度との比が少なくとも5:1である、非多孔性の内部管と
を備える、装置。
