Description
バルーン112の上部は、前端部または後端部がそれぞれ第2のシャフト120に付着されるが、バルーン112の下部において、前端部は、第2のシャフト120に付着され、後端部は、第1のシャフト110に付着される。すなわち、バルーン112の上部及び下部の前端部は、同一の位置に付着されるが、後端部は、相違した位置に付着されるものである。このように、バルーン112の上下部が分けられ、第1のシャフト110及び第2のシャフト120に付着されることにより、膨張ルーメン113とガイドワイヤルーメン122の分離が可能である。

Claims (9)
- 第1のシャフトと、
前記第1のシャフトの内部に形成され、バルーンの膨張に必要な液体が供給される膨張ルーメンと、
前記第1のシャフトの前端部から同軸に延長される第2のシャフトと、
前記第2のシャフトの内部に形成され、ガイドワイヤが通過するガイドワイヤルーメンと、
前端部は、前記第2のシャフトに付着されて膨張可能であり、後端部の一部は、前記第1のシャフトの前端部に付着されるバルーンと、を備え、
前記バルーンが付着された部分の前方に対応する前記第1のシャフトに圧力注入ポートが形成され、前記バルーンの内部に液体が注入され、前記バルーンが付着された部分の後方に対応する前記第2のシャフトにワイヤ排出孔が形成され、前記ガイドワイヤが排出され、
前記第1のシャフト及び第2のシャフトの間には、そして圧力注入ポート及びワイヤ排出孔の間には、遮断材が設置され、
前記膨張ルーメンとガイドワイヤとは分離されたことを特徴とするバルーンカテーテル。 - 前記第1のシャフトの後端に設置され、液体を供給する加圧装置と結合されたハブをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバルーンカテーテル。
- 前記バルーンの上部及び下部の前端部は、前記第2のシャフトの前端部に付着され、前記バルーンの上部の後端部は、前記第2のシャフトの後端部に付着され、前記バルーンの下部の後端部は、前記第1のシャフトの前端部に付着されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバルーンカテーテル。
- 前記第1のシャフト及び第2のシャフトの少なくともいずれか一つには、放射線不透過性のマーカーが形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバルーンカテーテル。
- 前記バルーンは、第1の膨張部と、前記第1の膨張部よりも小さな直径を有する第2の膨張部と、を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバルーンカテーテル。
- 前記第2の膨張部の上部の後端部は、前記第2のシャフトに付着され、この状態で、前記第2の膨張部及び第2のシャフトを貫通するワイヤ排出孔が形成されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のバルーンカテーテル。
- 前記第2の膨張部の上部の後端部は、前記第2のシャフト及び第1のシャフトにわたって付着されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のバルーンカテーテル。
- 前記第1のシャフトまたは前記第1のシャフトから第2のシャフトに連結されるコアワイヤをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバルーンカテーテル。
- 前記コアワイヤは、ステンレス鋼、ニチノール、または高分子のいずれか一つで構成されることを特徴とする請求項8に記載のバルーンカテーテル。
