Description
車両用ブレーキシステムAが正常に機能する正常時には、常開型遮断弁4、5が弁閉状態となり、常閉型遮断弁6が弁開状態となる。かかる状態でブレーキペダルPを操作すると、マスタシリンダ1で発生したブレーキ液圧は、ホイールシリンダWに伝達されずにストロークシミュレータ2に伝達され、ピストン2aが変位することにより、ブレーキペダルPのストロークが許容されると共に、擬似的な操作反力がブレーキペダルPに付与される。
本実施形態の初動装置A1は、前記の各種部品を図2の基体10の内部あるいは外部に組み付けると共に、電気によって作動する電気部品(常開型遮断弁4、5、常閉型遮断弁6及び圧力センサ7、8)をハウジング20で覆うことによって形成されている。
図3及び図4に示すように、配管接続部15は、管取付座となる部位であり、基体10の前面部30に形成されている。平坦面からなる基体10の前面部30には、二つの出力ポート(複数のポート)15a、15bと、二つの入力ポート(複数のポート)15c、15dとが略ハの字状に配置されている。また、二つの出力ポート15a、15b間の離間距離は、二つの入力ポート15c、15d間の離間距離よりも小さく設定されている。出力ポート15a、15bには、液圧制御装置A3に至る管材Ha、Hb(図1参照)が接続され、入力ポート15c、15dには、モータシリンダ装置A2に至る管材Hc、Hd(図1参照)が接続される。

Claims (3)
- ブレーキ液を貯溜するリザーバと、ブレーキ操作子の操作によってブレーキ液圧を発生させるマスタシリンダとを備える制動装置において、
前記マスタシリンダの基体には、ブレーキ液が導入又は導出される複数のポートが設けられ、
車両に組み付けられた際、前記複数のポートの全てのポートが前記車両の前方に向いて配置され、
前記マスタシリンダの基体には、前記基体に組み付けられた電気部品を覆うハウジングが付設され、
前記ハウジングは、前記ハウジング内に収容される前記電気部品に対して通電するコネクタ接続口を有し、
前記リザーバは、管体が接続される管接続口を有し、
車両に組み付けられた際、前記コネクタ接続口及び前記管接続口が前記車両の前方に向いて配置され、
前記複数のポートの全てのポートは、前記車両の前方から見て、前記マスタシリンダの中心軸線を通る面から前記ハウジングを有する一側に偏位して配置されることを特徴とする制動装置。 - 前記コネクタ接続口は、前記車両の前方から見て、前記マスタシリンダの中心軸線を通る面から前記ハウジングを有する一側に偏位して配置されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の制動装置。
- ブレーキ液を貯溜するリザーバと、ブレーキ操作子の操作によってブレーキ液圧を発生させるマスタシリンダとを備える制動装置において、
前記マスタシリンダの基体には、ブレーキ液が導入又は導出される複数のポートが設けられ、
車両に組み付けられた際、前記複数のポートの全てのポートが前記車両の前方に向いて配置され、
前記マスタシリンダの基体には、前記基体に組み付けられた電気部品を覆うハウジングが付設され、
前記ハウジングは、前記ハウジング内に収容される前記電気部品に対して通電するコネクタ接続口を有し、
前記リザーバは、管体が接続される管接続口を有し、
車両に組み付けられた際、前記コネクタ接続口及び前記管接続口が前記車両の前方に向いて配置され、
前記基体は、前記リザーバと連通するリザーバユニオンポートを有し、
前記複数のポートの全てのポート、前記コネクタ接続口、並びに、前記管接続口は、前記車両の前方から見て、前記リザーバユニオンポートの軸線を通る面から前記ハウジングを有する一側に偏位して配置されることを特徴とする制動装置。
