Description
安価であり、
貯蔵及び加工の際に安定であり、
低温(好ましくは200℃未満)で架橋し、
容易に構造化することができ、
傷のつきにくい、強く接着するコーティングをもたらし、
多数の色合いで得ることができ、
水及び油に対して化学的耐性があり、
150℃までの加熱に対して色が安定であり、
基板の衝撃強度及び曲げ強度を許容し難い程度まで低下させず、
照明ディスプレイに対して十分に透明であり、
非稼働のディスプレイ及び他の構成要素を隠すのに十分に不透明である、
コーティング系を発見することである。
芳香族ポリイソシアネート、例えばトリレン2,4−ジイソシアネート(TDI)、ジフェニルメタン4,4’−ジイソシアネート(MDI)、
脂環式ポリイソシアネート及び芳香脂肪族ポリイソシアネート、例えばイソホロンジイソシアネート(IPDI)、メチルシクロヘキシル2,4−ジイソシアネート(HTDI)、キシリレンジイソシアネート(XDI)、
脂肪族ポリイソシアネート、例えばヘキサメチレンジイソシアネート(HDI)又はトリメチルヘキサメチレンジイソシアネート(TMDI)の中でも、
最も熱的に安定なポリウレタンを形成することから、脂肪族イソシアネートを用いることが好ましい。HDIは特に、優れた熱安定性及び耐黄変性を有する表面コーティングを得ることを可能にする。一般に、モノマーイソシアネートではなく、モノマーのオリゴマー又はポリマー、例えばそれらのダイマー、トリマー又はより高次のポリマー、更にはビウレット、イソシアヌレート、又はトリメチロールプロパン付加物、又は他の多価アルコールが、分子の拡大の結果として、取り扱いがより容易な比較的不揮発性の成分が得られることから、表面コーティングに使用される。

Claims (39)
- 着色ポリウレタン系からなる透明コーティングを有する滑らかで透明なガラス又はガラスセラミックの基板の成形体であって、前記ポリウレタンコーティングが、H酸化合物を用いて熱架橋したポリイソシアネートを含有し、該コーティングされた成形体が、1%〜20%の範囲の可視光線透過率を有し、
前記可視光線の波長範囲が400nm〜750nmであり、
前記基板及び/又は前記コーティングの粗度Raが0.5μm未満であり、
前記ポリウレタンコーティングが、有機及び/又は無機着色顔料及び/又は白色顔料及び/又は黒色顔料、及び/又は少なくとも1つの有機及び/又は無機色素を含有し、
前記ポリウレタンコーティングの出発物質が、ブロック化ポリイソシアネート及びH酸化合物からなり、該H酸化合物がポリエステルポリオールであることを特徴とする、成形体。 - 前記ブロック化ポリイソシアネートが脂肪族、芳香族、脂環式又は芳香脂肪族ポリイソシアネートであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の成形体。

- 前記ポリウレタンコーティングが、75重量%〜96重量%の範囲のポリウレタン含量を有することを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の成形体。
- 前記顔料が25μm以下の粒径を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の成形体。
- 前記顔料が10μm以下の粒径を有することを特徴とする、請求項14に記載の成形体。
- 前記コーティングがモノアゾ顔料、ジアゾ顔料、多環顔料、酸化鉄顔料、酸化クロム顔料、ルチル型構造若しくはスピネル型構造を有する酸化物混合相顔料、カーボンブラック、グラファイト、TiO2、ZrO2、炭酸塩又は硫化物を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜15のいずれか一項に記載の成形体。
- 前記ポリウレタンコーティングが液晶顔料、及び/又は有機及び/又は無機光輝顔料及び/又は発光顔料を含み、該光輝顔料がコーティングされた及び/又はコーティングされていないプレートレット様顔料であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜16のいずれか一項に記載の成形体。
- 前記プレートレット様顔料が100μm以下の辺長を有することを特徴とする、請求項17に記載の成形体。
- 前記プレートレット様顔料が10μm以下の辺長を有することを特徴とする、請求項18に記載の成形体。
- 前記有機及び/又は無機色素が、着色色素及び/又は黒色色素及び/又は発光色素であるとともに、前記ポリウレタンコーティングの出発物質に可溶であり、前記有機色素がアクリジン、銅フタロシアニン、フェノチアジンブルー、ジスアゾブラウン、キノリンイエロー、アゾ系列、アゾメチン系列及びフタロシアニン系列のコバルト、クロム又は銅の錯体色素、アゾクロム錯体ブラック、フェナジンフレキソブラック、チオキサンテンイエロー、ベンズアントロンレッド、ペリレングリーンであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜19のいずれか一項に記載の成形体。
- 前記有機色素が金属クロム錯体色素であることを特徴とする、請求項20に記載の成形体。
- 前記ポリウレタンコーティングが、0.1重量%〜45重量%の範囲の色素含量を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜21のいずれか一項に記載の成形体。
- 前記ポリウレタンコーティングが、0.1μm〜1000μmの範囲の層厚を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜22のいずれか一項に記載の成形体。
- 前記ポリウレタンコーティングが、5μm〜20μmの範囲の層厚を有することを特徴とする、請求項23に記載の成形体。
- 前記基板及び/又は前記コーティングの粗度Raが0.001μm〜0.02μmの範囲であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜24のいずれか一項に記載の成形体。
- 前記ポリウレタンコーティングの出発物質が、溶媒及び/又は増粘剤及び/又はチキソトロープ剤及び/又は消泡剤及び/又は湿潤剤及び/又はレベリング剤及び/又は触媒を含み、前記溶媒が非プロトン性であるとともに、中揮発性(VD=10〜35)又は低揮発性(VD>35)であり、前記増粘剤が20℃で固体又は粘性のポリアクリレート、ポリシロキサン、チキソトロープアクリル樹脂、イソシアネート又はウレタンによってチキソトロープ性にしたアルキド樹脂、ワックス、会合性増粘剤であり、前記触媒が第三級アミン及び/又は金属含有塩であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜25のいずれか一項に記載の成形体。
- 前記増粘剤が会合性アクリレート増粘剤、疎水的に改質されたセルロースエーテル、エーテルウレタン、ポリエーテル、又は変性尿素、又は非晶質シリカであることを特徴とする、請求項26に記載の成形体。
- 前記増粘剤が親水性焼成シリカ、有機層状ケイ酸塩、又は金属セッケンであることを特徴とする、請求項26に記載の成形体。
- 前記触媒が亜鉛塩、コバルト塩、鉄塩、スズ(IV)塩、スズ(II)塩又はアンチモン塩であることを特徴とする、請求項26〜28のいずれか一項に記載の成形体。
- 前記触媒がスズ(IV)アルコキシレート、ジブチルスズジラウレート、テトラ(2−エチルヘキシル)チタネート、亜鉛ナフテネート又はコバルトナフテネートであることを特徴とする、請求項26〜28のいずれか一項に記載の成形体。
- 前記ポリウレタンコーティングが、0.1重量%〜25重量%の増粘剤含量を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜30のいずれか一項に記載の成形体。
- 前記ポリウレタンコーティングが、10重量%〜15重量%の増粘剤含量を有することを特徴とする、請求項31に記載の成形体。
- 前記コーティングされた成形体の可視光範囲(400nm〜750nm)での散乱が、0.01%〜40%の範囲であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜32のいずれか一項に記載の成形体。
- 前記コーティングされた成形体の可視光範囲(400nm〜750nm)での散乱が、6%未満の範囲であることを特徴とする、請求項33に記載の成形体。
- 前記コーティングされた成形体の可視光範囲(400nm〜750nm)での散乱が、0.01%〜1%の範囲であることを特徴とする、請求項34に記載の成形体。
- 前記ポリウレタンコーティングが、20℃〜150℃の温度範囲で106Ω/cm2超の表面抵抗を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜35のいずれか一項に記載の成形体。
- 前記コーティングされた成形体が、940nmの波長で25%超の透過率を有し、可視光波長範囲(400nm〜750nm)で3.4%の最大透過率変化を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜36のいずれか一項に記載の成形体。
- 前記ポリウレタンコーティングが、周辺コーティングを少なくとも部分的に覆うか、又は周辺コーティングの全域を覆うか、又は少なくとも1つの周辺コーティングによって少なくとも部分的に覆われ、該周辺コーティングが貴金属コーティング、ゾルゲルコーティング、アルキド樹脂コーティング、シリコーンコーティング、エポキシ樹脂コーティング若しくはポリアミドコーティング、ガラスベースのコーティング、又はポリウレタンコーティングであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜37のいずれか一項に記載の成形体。
- プレート、調理面、コントロールパネル、光学レンズ、煙突のぞき窓、ベーキングオーブン窓、ディスプレイ領域、フィッティング又は自動車用の窓として構成され、前記ポリウレタンコーティングが片面若しくは両面に適用されるか、又は両面に適用された前記ポリウレタンコーティングが少なくとも片面で部分的に除去されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜38のいずれか一項に記載の成形体。
