Claims (39)
- (a)上部基板および下部基板を、互いに距離S 1 だけ離して維持して速度V1および速度V2で提供するステップと、
(b)前記上部基板と前記下部基板との間に介在する中央基板を、前記速度V 1 および前記速度V 2 の速度より大きい速度V3で、前記上部または下部基板に衝突する軌道で機械的に駆動するステップと、
(c)前記上部基板をガイドするための上部表面と、前記下部基板をガイドするための下部表面とが設けられた成形ガイド内に、前記上部基板、前記下部基板、および、前記機械的に駆動された前記中央基板を受容するステップと、
を含む、
波形加工製品を製作するための方法であって、
前記(c)のステップにおいて、前記中央基板が前記成形ガイド内において前記上部基板と前記下部基板との間にあるときに、該中央基板に、該上部基板と該下部基板とに交互に接触する襞を形成する、
波形加工製品を製作するための方法。 - 前記距離S1 が、前記成形ガイドにより区切られる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記上部表面と前記下部表面とが、一組の平行なプレートもしくは互いに平行な機械的駆動手段またはこれらの組み合わせで構成されている、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記中央基板を、供給ガイドにより前記成形ガイド内に誘導する、請求項1ないし3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記中央基板を駆動するように前記供給ガイドの前に位置付けられる機械的駆動手段をさらに備える、請求項1ないし4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 装置を通して前記波形加工製品を引き出すように、前記成形ガイドの後ろに機械的駆動手段の第2の組をさらに備える、請求項1ないし5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記中央基板の前記襞を、前記上部基板および前記下部基板に付着させることをさらに含む、請求項1ないし6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記中央基板の前記襞が、接着剤、前記基板を部分的に溶解するのに好適な溶剤、赤外線加熱、加熱、レーザ溶接、または超音波溶接により付着される、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記速度V1 と前記速度V2 とを等しい速度とする、請求項1ないし8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。

- 前記上部、下部および中央基板が、ポリエチレンを含む、請求項1ないし10のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリエチレンが、独立気泡低密度ポリエチレンフォームである、請求項1ないし11のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリエチレンが、食品用ポリエチレンである、請求項1ないし12のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- (a)上部基板をガイドするための上部表面と、前記上部表面と距離S 1 だけ離間された、下部基板をガイドするための下部表面とが設けられていて、前記上部表面上で前記上部基板を、および、前記下部表面上で前記下部基板を受容する、成形ガイドと、
(b)中央基板を速度V 3 で駆動して該中央基板を前記上部基板と前記下部基板との間に介在するように前記成形ガイド内に受容させるために、該速度V3を有するように作動される機械的駆動手段の第1の対と、
(c)前記上部基板を前記速度V 3 より小さい速度V1 で駆動するために、該速度V1を有するように作動される機械的駆動手段の第2の対と、
(d)前記成形ガイドの前記上部表面および前記下部表面の付近に位置付けられていて、前記中央基板を前記上部および下部基板に付着させる、結合デバイスと、
を備えた波形加工製品を製作するための装置であって、
