Claims (4)
- 自動車用の給電コネクタであって、
コネクタ本体と、
前記コネクタ本体を収容するケースと、
前記ケースに取り付けられる把持部材と、
前記ケースに対して、前記把持部材の移動と、前記把持部材の移動に伴う前記コネクタ本体の移動を制限するロックレバーと、
前記ロックレバーおよび前記把持部材に接続されたリンク部材と、
前記把持部材に固定された電磁ソレノイドと、
を具備し、
前記リンク部材には、前記電磁ソレノイドのプランジャが接続され、
前記ロックレバーが解除された状態において、前記把持部材は、前記ケースに対して移動可能となり、前記コネクタ本体は、前記把持部材の前記ケースに対する移動に伴い、前記ケースに対して移動可能となり、前記コネクタ本体および前記把持部材が、略同一軸方向に摺動可能であり、
前記ケースに対して前記把持部材を摺動させて、前記ロックレバーを前記ケースにロックさせると、前記ロックレバーの動作に伴い、前記リンク部材が動作するとともに、前記リンク部材に接続された前記プランジャの位置が変動し、
さらに前記電磁ソレノイドを作動させることで、前記リンク部材によって前記ロックレバーが前記ケースにロックされた状態で保持されることを特徴とする給電コネクタ。 - 前記ケースには、前記ロックレバーがロックされた状態を検知可能な検知手段が設けられることを特徴とする請求項1記載の給電コネクタ。
- 前記検知手段により、前記ロックレバーがロックされた状態を検知することで、前記コネクタ本体に対して通電可能な状態となり、
前記コネクタ本体に通電がなされることで、前記電磁ソレノイドが作動することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の給電コネクタ。 - 前記ロックレバーがロック状態となる方向に前記ロックレバーを押圧する第1のばねと、
前記プランジャを前記電磁ソレノイドの方向に引き戻す第2のばねと、
をさらに具備し、
前記第2のばねによる前記プランジャの引き戻し力よりも、前記電磁ソレノイドにより前記リンク部材に対して前記プランジャを押し付ける力と、前記第1のばねによって前記ロックレバーを動作させることにより前記リンク部材を移動させ、前記プランジャを引出す力との和の方が大きいことを特徴とする請求項3記載の給電コネクタ。
