Claims (10)
- 導音管と、充填レベルセンサとを有する充填レベルトランスミッタにおいて、
前記充填レベルセンサは、超音波送受信装置と、センサ機器とを有し、
前記超音波送受信装置(5)及び前記センサ機器(4)は、ケーシング(1)内に配置されており、
前記ケーシング(1)は、セラミック製基板(3)と、該セラミック製基板(3)にはんだ付けされた金属製カバー(2)とから形成されており、
前記超音波送受信装置(5)の少なくとも超音波を送信する領域は、前記セラミック製基板(3)に接続されている、
ことを特徴とする充填レベルトランスミッタ。 - 前記超音波送受信装置(5)は、ピエゾ圧電素子である、
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の充填レベルトランスミッタ。 - 前記超音波送受信装置(5)は、ガラス転移温度が前記充填レベルセンサの使用温度を下回る接着剤を用いて、前記セラミック製基板(3)に接続されている、
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の充填レベルトランスミッタ。 - 前記超音波送受信装置(5)は、前記セラミック製基板(3)に軟はんだによりはんだ付けされている、
ことを特徴とする請求項3記載の充填レベルトランスミッタ。 - 前記超音波送受信装置(5)は、ガラス転移温度が前記充填レベルセンサの使用温度を上回る接着剤を用いて、前記セラミック製基板(3)に接続されている、
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の充填レベルトランスミッタ。 - 前記セラミック製基板(3)は、前記超音波送受信装置(5)と共に複合発振器を形成している、
ことを特徴とする請求項5記載の充填レベルトランスミッタ。 - 前記超音波送受信装置(5)は、前記セラミック製基板(3)に焼結によって接続されている、
ことを特徴とする請求項5記載の充填レベルトランスミッタ。 - 前記ケーシング(1)は、前記超音波が燃料容器(7)の底部(9)に対して平行に送信されるように、前記導音管(8)内に配置されており、
前記導音管(8)は、前記超音波がその後、前記液面に対して90°偏向されるように構成されている、
ことを特徴とする請求項1から7の少なくともいずれか一項記載の充填レベルトランスミッタ。 - 前記ケーシング(1)は、前記導音管(8)の収容部(11)に嵌め込まれており、当該収容部(11)には、導音管(8)への振動の伝達を最小化する減衰要素が設けられている、
ことを特徴とする請求項1から8の少なくともいずれか一項記載の充填レベルトランスミッタ。 - 前記セラミック製基板(3)の前記金属製カバー(2)が載置されている領域は金属被覆されている、
ことを特徴とする請求項1から9の少なくともいずれか一項記載の充填レベルトランスミッタ。
