Description
本明細書で使用するとき、
「近心側(mesial)」とは、患者の湾曲した歯列弓の中心に向かう方向を意味する。
「遠心側(distal)」とは、患者の湾曲した歯列弓の中心から遠ざかる方向を意味する。
「咬合側(occlusal)」は、患者の歯の外側先端に向かう方向を意味する。
「歯肉側(gingival)」は、患者の歯茎又は歯肉に向かう方向を意味する。
「顔側(顔)」とは、患者の唇又は頬に向かう方向を意味する。
「舌側(舌)」とは、患者の舌に向かう方向を意味する。
Claims (1)
- 歯列矯正装具を固着するための移動トレーを作製する方法であって、
患者の歯牙構造の仮想模型を得る工程と、
前記仮想模型の歯上に定置された少なくとも一つの仮想歯列矯正装具の少なくとも一部に合致する構成を有する仮想容器を提供する工程と、
前記仮想模型の少なくとも一部及び前記仮想模型から離れた前記仮想容器の少なくとも一部を包囲する仮想トレー本体を誘導する工程であって、前記仮想容器と交差する前記仮想トレー本体の歯肉側縁部を作製する工程を含む、該誘導する工程と、
ラピッドプロトタイピングによって前記移動トレーを形成する工程であって、ここにおいて前記移動トレーが、前記仮想トレー本体及び仮想容器にそれぞれ対応する、実際のトレー本体及び実際の容器を備え、前記実際の容器の歯肉側縁部が前記仮想容器の歯肉側縁部に対応し、前記移動トレーが、前記実際の容器の前記歯肉側縁部の少なくとも一部にわたり延在する脆弱ウェブをさらに備える、該形成する工程と、を含む方法。
