Description
以下、本実施形態で使用するスクラブ剤、アルカリ水溶液、および脂肪酸組成物の調製方法について説明する。
本実施形態においては、スクラブ剤の原料として、シラス等の火山ガラス質堆積物や、ケイ酸、ケイ酸塩、ケイ酸アルミニウム、酸化アルミニウム等の無機化合物を用いることができる。好ましくは、火山ガラス質堆積物、特にシラスを用いることができる。なお、これらスクラブ剤の原料を二種類以上配合したものを用いても良い。以下、本実施形態においては、スクラブ剤の原料としてシラスを用いた場合について説明する。
本実施形態においては、炭素数10〜20の飽和脂肪酸または不飽和脂肪酸を用いることができる。通常、それらの脂肪酸を二種類以上混合したものを本実施形態において用いる脂肪酸組成物とするが、一種類のみを単独で使用しても良い。
本実施形態において、アルカリ金属水酸化物として、水酸化カリウムと水酸化ナトリウムを用いることができる。また、水酸化カリウムと水酸化ナトリウムの混合物も用いても良い。
以下、上記工程(S1〜3)で得られたスクラブ剤、アルカリ水溶液、および脂肪酸組成物を用いた、スクラブ石けんの製造工程について説明する。
スクラブ剤は、上記スクラブ剤の調製工程(S1)で調製した平均粒径30〜50μmの中空状シラス、平均粒径2〜10μmのシラス、またはそれら2種類のシラスを混合した混合シラスを用いることが可能である。
上記工程で調製された石けん素地は、そのまま最終製品のスクラブ石けんとすることができるが、美容成分や香料等の有効成分を更に添加しても良く、所望の性状を有するスクラブ石けんとすることが可能である。また、水分量調整のための乾燥工程を設けても良い。
以下、具体的な実施例および比較例について説明する。
Claims (5)
- 過脂肪酸状態の石けん素地に互いに異なる平均粒径を有するシラスおよび中空状シラスからなるスクラブ剤を含有することを特徴とするスクラブ石けん。
- 前記スクラブ剤を少なくとも10重量%含有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスクラブ石けん。
- 前記シラスの平均粒径は2〜10μmであることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のスクラブ石けん。
- 前記中空状シラスの平均粒径は30〜50μmであることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のスクラブ石けん。
- 前記スクラブ剤は、前記シラスを少なくとも70重量%含有することを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のスクラブ石けん。
