Description
(a)導電性の粒子を含む接着剤を、キャリアから基板の導電層へ、レーザを照射することにより転送する工程、
(b)基板に転送された接着剤を、接着剤層を形成するために部分的に乾燥及び/又は硬化させる工程、
(c)電気的接続体に接着剤を接着する工程、
(d)基板に転送された接着剤を完全に硬化させる工程
Claims (8)
- 以下の工程を含むことを特徴とする太陽電池間の導電性接着剤の調製方法。
(a)導電性粒子を含む接着剤を、レーザを、レーザに対して透明なキャリアに照射することによりキャリアから基板に転送する工程、
(b)基板に転送された接着剤を、接着剤層を形成するために部分的に乾燥及び/又は硬化する工程、
(c)電気的接続体に接着剤を接着する工程、
(d)接着剤層を硬化する工程。 - 工程a)の転送の前に接着剤はキャリアに塗布されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 接着剤は被覆工程によりキャリアに塗布されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の方法。
- 被覆工程は、印刷、キャスティング、ローリング又はスプレー工程であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の方法。
- レーザは、150から10600nmの範囲の波長を有するレーザビームを発生することを特徴とする請求項1から4の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- レーザは、固体レーザ、ファイバレーザ、ダイオードレーザ、気体レーザ又はエキシマレーザであることを特徴とする請求項1から5の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 接着剤は、接着剤層を形成するために基板の上面と底面に塗布されることを特徴とする請求項1から6の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- キャリアは、使用するレーザ照射に対して透明である、固質又は柔軟なプラスチック又はガラスであることを特徴とする請求項1から7の何れか1項に記載の方法。
