Description
Claims (12)
- 圧力管と、上記圧力管に関して軸方向内で動かすことができるピストン棒とを有する緩衝装置と、
上記緩衝装置に取り付けられた空気ばねアセンブリと、
上記緩衝装置と上記空気ばねアセンブリの両方に取り付けられる、二経路トップマウントとを備える車両用キャブ取り付けアセンブリであって、
上記二経路トップマウントは、
上記車両のキャブに取り付けられるように構成された第一の内側金属と、上記空気ばねアセンブリに固定して取り付けられ、上記第一の内側金属を囲む第一の外側金属と、上記第一の外側金属と上記第一の内側金属との間に配置され、第一の硬度を有する第一の弾性部材と、を備え、上記空気ばねアセンブリに取り付けられたベアリングアセンブリと、
上記ベアリングアセンブリの上記第一の外側金属を取り囲み、上記第一の外側金属に直接、接合されている第二の内側金属と、上記第二の内側金属を取り囲み、上記緩衝装置に固定して取り付けられた第二の外側金属と、上記第二の外側金属と上記第二の内側金属との間に配置され、第二の硬度を有する第二の弾性部材と、を備え、上記ベアリングアセンブリと上記緩衝装置との間に配置されている弾性マウントと、
上記緩衝装置に固定される剛性内側部材と、上記空気ばねアセンブリに固定される剛性外側部材と、上記弾性マウントから分離し、上記剛性外側部材と上記剛性内側部材との間に配置され、上記緩衝装置のピストン棒を上記空気ばねアセンブリに対して軸方向内で動かすことを可能にする弾性部材と、を備え、上記空気ばねアセンブリの封止室を封止するダイナミックエアシールと、を備え、
上記第二の硬度は上記第一の硬度よりも低いことを特徴とする車両用キャブ取り付けアセンブリ。 - 上記二経路トップマウントは、さらに、上記ベアリングアセンブリと上記空気ばねアセンブリとの間に配置されているブラケットを備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用キャブ取り付けアセンブリ。
- 上記ブラケットは、上記ベアリングアセンブリおよび上記空気ばねアセンブリと、直接、接合されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の車両用キャブ取り付けアセンブリ。
- 上記二経路トップマウントは、さらに、上記第一の外側金属と上記空気ばねアセンブリとの間に配置されるブラケットを備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用キャブ取り付けアセンブリ。
- 上記ブラケットは、上記第一の外側金属および上記空気ばねアセンブリと、直接、接合されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の車両用キャブ取り付けアセンブリ。
- 上記空気ばねアセンブリが上記緩衝装置の外側の管に取り付けられており、上記第二の外側金属が上記緩衝装置のピストン棒に取り付けられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜5の何れか1項に記載の車両用キャブ取り付けアセンブリ。
- 上記第一の内側金属および上記第二の内側金属は、上記ピストン棒の動きの軸方向に垂直な軸と同軸であることを特徴とする請求項1〜5の何れか1項に記載の車両用キャブ取り付けアセンブリ。
- 上記ベアリングアセンブリおよび上記弾性マウントは、上記ピストン棒の動きの軸方向に垂直な軸と同軸であることを特徴とする請求項1〜6の何れか1項に記載の車両用キャブ取り付けアセンブリ。
- 上記第一の内側金属は、上記ピストン棒の動きの軸方向に垂直な第一の軸を定義することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用キャブ取り付けアセンブリ。
- 上記第二の外側金属は、上記ピストン棒の動きの軸方向に垂直な第二の軸を定義することを特徴とする請求項9に記載の車両用キャブ取り付けアセンブリ。
- 上記第一の軸と第二の軸とは同軸であることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の車両用キャブ取り付けアセンブリ。
- 上記第一の内側金属と第二の内側金属、上記第一の外側金属と第二の外側金属、および、上記第一の弾性部材と第二の弾性部材とは、上記ピストン棒の動きの軸方向に垂直な軸と全て同軸であることを特徴とする請求項1〜6の何れか1項に記載の車両用キャブ取り付けアセンブリ。
