Description
(i)マンガンおよび銅から選択される第1の遷移金属の化合物と、
(ii)第1の遷移金属:第2の遷移金属の重量比が、3:1から200:1の範囲である、第2の遷移金属の化合物と、
(iii)窒素含有塩基と、
(iv)ヒドロキシ官能性溶媒と
を含み、ただし、アスコルビン酸を含有しない促進剤溶液に関する。
(i)硬化性樹脂と、
(ii)マンガンおよび銅から選択される第1の遷移金属の化合物と、
(iii)第1の遷移金属:第2の遷移金属の重量比が、3:1から200:1の範囲である、第2の遷移金属の化合物と、
(iv)窒素含有塩基と、
(v)ヒドロキシ官能性溶媒と
を含み、ただし、予備促進化樹脂がアスコルビン酸を含有しない予備促進化樹脂組成物に関する。
車の羽根などを含めた様々な用途に使用される。
なお、本発明には、以下の実施形態が包含される。
[1]過酸化物とともにレドックス系を形成するのに適した促進剤溶液であって、
(i)マンガンおよび銅から選択される第1の遷移金属の化合物と、
(ii)第1の遷移金属:第2の遷移金属の重量比が、3:1から200:1の範囲である、第2の遷移金属の化合物と、
(iii)窒素含有塩基と、
(iv)ヒドロキシ官能性溶媒と
を含み、ただし、アスコルビン酸を含有しない促進剤溶液。
[2]第2の遷移金属が、Co、Ti、Fe、Mn、Cu、Sn、Cr、Ni、Mo、Ge、Sr、Pd、Pt、Nb、Sb、Re、Os、Ir、Pt、Au、Hg、Te、Rb、およびBiからなる群から選択される、[1]に記載の促進剤溶液。
[3]第2の遷移金属が、Co、Ti、Fe、Mn、およびCuからなる群から選択される、[2]に記載の促進剤溶液。
[4]第1の遷移金属が、50〜5000mmol/lの量で溶液中に存在する、[1]から[3]のいずれか一項に記載の促進剤溶液。

[7](i)硬化性樹脂と、

[14]第1の成分と第2の成分とを含む二成分組成物であって、第1の成分が、請求項7から13のいずれか一項に記載の予備促進化樹脂組成物を含み、第2の成分が過酸化物を含む二成分組成物。

2つのCu含有促進剤溶液を調製した。その違いは、少量のCoであった。Coは、10wt%Co(金属として)の量の2−エチルヘキサン酸コバルト(II)を含む、市販のAccelerator NL−53(AkzoNobel製)を0.045wt%(促進剤溶液の重量に対して)を加えることにより添加した。
ゲル化時間(Gt)=実験の開始と、浴の温度を5.6℃上回る間に経過した時間(分単位)。
ピークまでの時間(TTP)=実験の開始と、ピーク温度に到達する時の間に経過した時間。
ピーク発熱(PE)=到達する最高温度。
2つの他のCu含有促進剤溶液を用いて、実施例1を繰り返した。結果を表2に示す。
Claims (11)
- 過酸化物とともにレドックス系を形成するのに適した促進剤溶液であって、
(i)銅から選択される第1の遷移金属の化合物と、
(ii)第1の遷移金属:第2の遷移金属の重量比が、3:1から200:1の範囲である、コバルトから選択される第2の遷移金属の化合物と、
(iii)窒素含有塩基と、
(iv)ヒドロキシ官能性溶媒と
を含み、ただし、アスコルビン酸を含有しない促進剤溶液。 - 第1の遷移金属が、50〜5000mmol/lの量で溶液中に存在する、請求項1に記載の促進剤溶液。
- 第2の遷移金属が、10〜1000mmol/lの量で溶液中に存在する、請求項1又は2に記載の促進剤溶液。
- アルカリまたはアルカリ土類金属化合物、リン含有化合物、および/または1,3−ジケトンをさらに含む、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の促進剤溶液。
- (i)硬化性樹脂と、

- 過酸化物が、有機ヒドロペルオキシド、ケトンペルオキシド、ペルオキシカーボネート、およびペルオキシエステルからなる群から選択される、請求項10に記載の二成分組成物。
