Claims (3)
- 中心軸(1)、遊星歯車(2)、この遊星歯車(2)の外部に嵌装される押圧リング内輪(3)及び押圧リング外輪(4)を含み、前記中心軸(1)が円柱体とし、前記遊星歯車(2)が円盤状とし、前記遊星歯車(2)の最大な円周部が平面外円とし、両側に一定の斜度のある斜面を加工しており、前記遊星歯車(2)の中間には、シェル(8)に固定される遊星軸(6)が取付され、遊星軸(6)と遊星歯車(2)との間には、摩擦抵抗を減少させるようにニードル(7)が設置され、押圧リング内輪(3)及び押圧リング外輪(4)に、それぞれ複数のネジが相対回転運動可能に設置され、押圧リング内輪(3)及び押圧リング外輪(4)の各内側内円面には、斜度が遊星歯車の両側面と同じ斜面を加工しており、押圧リング内輪(3)と押圧リング外輪(4)との間に引張バネ(5)が設置されることで、予め押圧リング内輪(3)と押圧リング外輪(4)との間、押圧リング内輪(3)又は押圧リング外輪(4)と遊星歯車(2)との間、及び遊星歯車(2)と中心軸(1)との間には、一定の圧力を設定し、押圧リング外輪(4)を動力の出力端とすることを特徴とする自動押圧摩擦伝動減速装置。
- 前記遊星歯車(2)の両側面、及び押圧リング内輪(3)及び押圧リング外輪(4)の各内円面内側には、それぞれ角度の同じ斜面摩擦面を加工しており、前記遊星歯車(2)の両辺にはガスケット(9)が設置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の自動押圧摩擦伝動減速装置。
- 前記遊星軸(6)の外端面に位置決め片(10)が嵌装され、位置決め片(10)がネジ(11)によりシェル(8)に固定されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の自動押圧摩擦伝動減速装置。
