- 基板と、
前記基板上に形成された複数の繊維状突起物と、
前記繊維状突起物の表面に形成された撥水膜と、を備え、
複数の前記繊維状突起物は互いに不規則に絡み合うことにより繊維構造体を形成する、
細胞培養基材。 - 前記繊維状突起物の先端は、前記基板の平面の垂直方向からカーブしている、
請求項1に記載の細胞培養基材。 - 前記繊維状突起物は、シリコン酸化物からなる、
請求項1に記載の細胞培養基材。 - 前記繊維状突起物は、アモルファスの二酸化ケイ素からなる、
請求項1に記載の細胞培養基材。 - 前記撥水膜はフッ化炭素系ポリマーからなる、
請求項1に記載の細胞培養基材。 - 前記繊維状突起物と前記基板とは直接接合されている、
請求項1に記載の細胞培養基材。 - 前記基板は窪みを有しており、前記繊維状突起物は、前記窪みの内底面と側面とに形成されている、
請求項1に記載の細胞培養基材。 - 前記基板は第一の面と、前記第一の面の反対面である第二の面とを有し、前記基板には前記第一の面と前記第二の面とを連通する貫通孔が設けられ、
前記第一の面における前記貫通孔の周辺部から前記貫通孔の内壁面にかけて前記繊維状突起物が形成される、
請求項1に記載の細胞培養基材。 - 細胞を含む培養液を請求項1に記載の細胞培養基材の前記繊維状突起物の上部に配置するステップと、
前記細胞培養基材を細胞培養環境維持装置の中に設置するステップと、前記細胞培養環境維持装置の内部がガスにより所定のガス濃度になるように環境維持するステップとを含む、
細胞培養方法。 - 前記ガスは二酸化炭素と酸素との少なくともいずれかを含み、前記ガスは所定の濃度に維持される、
請求項9に記載の細胞培養方法。 - 前記ガスを前記繊維状突起物の周囲に存在する空隙部に循環させる、
