Claims (11)
- 電気車両又はハイブリッド車両のためのバッテリパックであって、バッテリコネクタを介して直列に接続されている複数のバッテリを有している前記バッテリパックにおいて、
前記バッテリそれぞれが、正極及び負極を有しており、
前記バッテリコネクタそれぞれが、
2つの隣り合う前記バッテリのバッテリ電極に取り付けるための一組のバッテリ電極カバーであって、前記バッテリ電極カバーそれぞれが、電気絶縁材料から作られており、受容領域と前記バッテリ電極にアクセス可能とする開口部とを有している、一組の前記バッテリ電極カバーと、
2つの隣り合う前記バッテリ同士を電気的に接続するために前記バッテリ電極カバーの前記受容領域内に挿入されている、導電材料から作られている導電性要素と、インタラプタと、を有している脱着式安全装置であって、前記導電性要素の中央部分が、前記インタラプタを貫通しており、前記インタラプタが、火工弾薬と、前記電気車両又は前記ハイブリッド車両が衝突に巻き込まれた場合に、前記導電性要素の前記中央部分を切断することによって、前記バッテリ同士の直列接続を解除するように構成されている機械式カッターとを含んでいる、前記脱着式安全装置と、
前記導電性要素を2つの隣り合う前記バッテリの前記バッテリ電極に固定するための一組の固定具と、
を備えていることを特徴とするバッテリパック。 - 前記インタラプタが、電気的に絶縁されている強化プラスチック材料から作られているハウジングを含んでいることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記機械式カッターが、前記導電性要素の前記中央部分と位置合わせされている楔を含んでおり、
衝突が発生した場合に、前記楔が、前記導電性要素の前記中央部分を切り離す前記火工弾薬によって動作されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリパック。 - 衝突を感知した前記電気車両又は前記ハイブリッド車両の電子制御ユニット(ECU)から受信した電気信号によって動作される、前記火工弾薬を爆発させるための点火装置を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリパック。
- 一組の前記固定具の前記固定具それぞれが、前記バッテリ電極カバーのうち一のバッテリ電極カバーの内側に位置決めされており、
前記固定具それぞれが、金属から作られたネジ部分と、非導電性材料から作られている電気的絶縁部分とを含んでおり、
前記固定具を前記バッテリ電極に固定するために、前記バッテリ電極カバーの前記開口部を通じて作業者が前記固定具の前記電気的絶縁部分にアクセスすることができることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリパック。 - 前記バッテリ電極カバーそれぞれが、前記バッテリ電極に取り付けられるように構成されている第1の部分と、前記受容領域を形成するために前記第1の部分に組み付けられる第2の部分とを含んでおり、
前記第2の部分が、前記固定具にアクセスするための前記開口部を有していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリパック。 - 前記バッテリ電極カバーそれぞれが、電気的に絶縁されているプラスチック材料から作られていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記脱着式安全装置の前記導電性要素を2つの隣り合う前記バッテリの前記バッテリ電極に接続するための一組のフレキシブルコネクタを備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記脱着式安全装置を前記バッテリパックに固定するためのスタビライザを備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリパック。
- バッテリパックを形成するために複数のバッテリを直列に接続するためのバッテリコネクタにおいて、
2つの隣り合う前記バッテリのバッテリ電極に取り付けるための一組のバッテリ電極カバーであって、前記バッテリ電極カバーそれぞれが、電気的絶縁材料から作られており、前記バッテリ電極にアクセスするための受容領域と開口部とを有している、一組の前記バッテリ電極カバーと、
2つの隣り合う前記バッテリ同士を電気的に接続するための前記バッテリ電極カバーの前記受容領域内に挿入されている、導電性材料から作られている導電性要素と、インタラプタと、を有している脱着式安全装置であって、前記導電性要素の中央部分が、前記インタラプタを貫通しており、前記インタラプタが、火工弾薬と、車両が衝突に巻き込まれた場合に、前記導電性要素の前記中央部分を切断することによって、前記バッテリ同士の直列接続を解除するように構成されている機械式カッターとを含んでいる、前記脱着式安全装置と、
接続要素を2つの隣り合う前記バッテリの前記バッテリ電極に固定するための一組の固定具であって、前記固定具それぞれが、一組の前記バッテリ電極カバーのうち一のバッテリ電極カバーの内側に位置決めされており、前記固定具それぞれが、金属から作られているネジ部分と、非導電性材料から作られている電気的絶縁部分とを含んでおり、前記バッテリ電極カバーの前記開口部を通じて作業者が前記固定具の前記電気的絶縁部分にアクセスすることができる、一組の前記固定具と、
