Claims (8)
- 液体コンフォーマルコーティング材料を基板上に小出しするアプリケータであって、前記アプリケータは、
本体組立体を有し、前記本体組立体は、
i.前記コーティング材料を受け入れるようになっている液体入口を備えた液体流路及び液体出口と、
ii.前記液体流路と前記液体出口との間に位置決めされた弁座と、
iii.弁作動機構体とを含み、
前記本体組立体内に設けられていて、開放位置と閉鎖位置との間で往復動する弁棒を有し、前記弁棒は、第1の端及び第2の端を備え、前記弁棒の前記第1の端は、前記閉鎖位置では前記弁座に係合して前記液体出口を通る前記液体コーティング材料の流れを止め、前記開放位置では前記弁座から離脱して前記液体出口を通る前記液体コーティング材料の流れを可能にし、前記弁作動機構体は、前記弁棒を前記開放位置から前記閉鎖位置に動かすよう働き、更に又、前記弁棒を前記閉鎖位置から前記開放位置に動かすよう働き、
前記本体組立体の一部と前記弁棒との間に配置された弾性減衰要素を有し、前記弾性減衰要素は、前記弁棒が前記閉鎖位置から前記開放位置に動いているときに前記弁棒に対して付勢力をもたらし、前記弁棒が前記開放位置と前記閉鎖位置との間で移動する距離を調節するための停止要素を備えた弁ストロークアジャスタを更に有し、前記弾性減衰要素は、前記弁棒と前記停止要素との間に配置され、前記弁棒が前記閉鎖位置にあるとき、前記弁棒が前記開放位置にあるとき及び前記開放位置と前記閉鎖位置との間の移動距離全体にわたり、前記弁ストロークアジャスタと前記弁棒の前記第2の端との間接的な接触又は係合状態が維持される、アプリケータ。 - 前記弾性減衰要素は、エラストマー材料を更に含む、請求項1記載のアプリケータ。
- 前記弁棒は、ピストンを備えた組立体を更に有し、前記ピストンは、前記ピストン及び前記弁棒を前記開放位置に動かすために前記ピストンの少なくとも一方の側に作用する加圧空気を受け入れるよう構成されたピストンチャンバ内に配置されている、請求項1記載のアプリケータ。
- 前記弁作動機構体は、ばね力を前記弁棒に及ぼすばねを備えたばね戻し機構体を更に有し、前記ばね戻し機構体は、加圧空気が前記ピストンチャンバから抜き出されると、前記弁棒を前記開放位置から前記閉鎖位置に動かすよう働く、請求項3記載のアプリケータ。
- 前記弾性減衰要素は、前記弁棒と前記ばねの少なくとも一部との間に配置されている、請求項4記載のアプリケータ。
- 前記弾性減衰要素は、前記開放位置及び前記閉鎖位置において且つ前記開放位置と前記閉鎖位置との間における前記弁棒の運動中において、前記弁棒に接触する、請求項1記載のアプリケータ。
- 前記弾性減衰要素は、前記弁棒の前記第2の端と前記弁ストロークアジャスタとの間に位置決めされたエラストマー要素を更に有する、請求項1記載のアプリケータ。
- 液体コンフォーマルコーティング材料を小出しする方法であって、
加圧液体コンフォーマルコーティング材料をアプリケータの液体流路に供給するステップと、
液体流路から前記アプリケータの出口への前記液体コンフォーマルコーティング材料の流れを阻止するために弁棒を弁座に係合させる閉鎖位置と、前記液体コンフォーマルコーティング材料が前記液体流路から前記アプリケータの前記出口まで流れることができるようにするために前記弁棒を前記弁座から離脱させる開放位置との間で定められるストローク長さに沿って前記弁棒を動かすステップと、
前記弁棒が前記開放位置に向かって動いているときに弾性エラストマー要素を圧縮するステップとを有し、
前記弾性エラストマー要素は、前記弁棒が前記開放位置と前記閉鎖位置との間で移動する距離を調節するための停止要素を備えた弁ストロークアジャスタにおける前記停止要素と前記弁棒との間に配置され、前記弁棒が前記閉鎖位置にあるとき、前記弁棒が前記開放位置にあるとき及び前記開放位置と前記閉鎖位置との間の移動距離全体にわたり、前記弁ストロークアジャスタと前記弁棒との間接的な接触又は係合状態が維持される、方法。
