Claims (22)
- 第1の連結構造と第1の側壁を有する第1の導電性区分、及び、
第2の連結構造と第2の側壁を有する第2の導電性区分と、
第1ショットと第2ショットを備えるツーショット連結区分であって、
前記第1及び第2の側壁はギャップによって分離され、
前記第1ショットは、第2ショット保持領域を画成し、前記第1の導電性区分と前記第2の導電性区分が物理的に一体に連結されるようにして前記第1及び前記第2の連結構造を少なくとも部分的に包封し、
前記第2ショットは、前記第2ショット保持領域の中へ成形され、前記ギャップを埋めている、ツーショットナックルと、を備え、
前記第1ショット及び第2ショットは絶縁材料または他の非導電性材料で形成される、電子デバイス。 - 前記第1ショット及び前記第2ショットは誘電性材料で形成される、請求項1に記載の電子デバイス。
- 前記第1ショットはガラス充填ナイロンで形成される、請求項1に記載の電子デバイス。
- 前記第2ショットは非充填ナイロンで形成される、請求項1に記載の電子デバイス。
- 前記第2ショットは化粧であり、複数の色のうちの何れか1つを呈している、請求項1に記載の電子デバイス。
- 前記第2ショット保持領域は空洞を備えており、前記第2ショットは自身を前記空洞へ定着させている、請求項1に記載の電子デバイス。
- 前記第2ショットは前記第1ショットへ化学的に結合されていない、請求項1に記載の電子デバイス。
- 前記第1の連結構造は、前記第1の導電性区分へ溶接されているブラケットである、請求項1に記載の電子デバイス。
- 前記第2の連結構造は、前記第2の導電性区分へ溶接されているブラケット又は前記第2の導電性区分の一体に形成されている構造である、請求項1に記載の電子デバイス。
- 第1の連結構造と第1の側壁を有する第1の導電性区分を提供する工程、及び、
第2の連結構造と第2の側壁を有する第2の導電性区分を提供する工程と、
第1ショットを前記第1及び第2の側壁を分離する第1のギャップの中へ成形し、前記第1ショットは前記第1及び前記第2の連結構造を少なくとも部分的に包封し、物理的に前記第1の導電性区分と前記第2の導電性区分を一体に連結させ、第2ショット保持領域を備える、工程と、
前記第1ショットと前記第1及び前記第2の導電性区分から化粧領域を機械で削り取り、前記化粧領域は前記第1及び第2の側壁同士の間に存在する第2のギャップを備え、前記第1ショット及び第2ショットは絶縁材料または他の非導電性材料で形成される、工程と、
第2ショットを前記化粧領域の中へ成形する工程と、を備えている方法。 - 前記第1ショットを成形する工程は、金属挿入体を使用して前記第2ショット保持領域を作成する工程を備えている、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記第1ショットはガラス充填ナイロンであり、前記第2ショットは非充填ナイロンである、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記第1ショットを成形する工程は、当該第1ショットを射出成形する工程を備えている、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記第2ショットを成形する工程は、当該第2ショットを射出成形する工程を備えている、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記第2ショットの一部分を磨く工程を更に備えている、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記第2ショットは、自身を、前記第1ショットの前記第2ショット保持領域へ定着させる、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 第1の導電性区分と、第2の導電性区分と、ダブルショット連結区分と、を備える電子デバイスの外周構成要素であって、
前記ダブルショット連結区分は、前記第1及び第2の導電性区分の連結構造を少なくとも部分的に包封することにより前記第1及び第2の導電性区分同士を機械的に連結している第1ショットと化粧仕上げを提供している第2ショットによって形成され、
前記第1ショット及び第2ショットは絶縁材料または他の非導電性材料で形成される、電子デバイスの外周構成要素。 - 前記第1ショット及び前記第2ショットは誘電性材料で形成される、請求項17に記載の電子デバイスの外周構成要素。
- 前記第1ショットはガラス充填ナイロンで形成される、請求項17に記載の電子デバイスの外周構成要素。
- 前記第2ショットは非充填ナイロンで形成される、請求項17に記載の電子デバイスの外周構成要素。
- 前記第2ショットは化粧であり、複数の色のうちの何れか1つを呈している、請求項17に記載の電子デバイスの外周構成要素。
- 前記第2ショットは色が白である、請求項17に記載の電子デバイスの外周構成要素。
