Claims (22)
- 第1の連結構造と側壁を有する第1の導電性区分、及び、
第2の連結構造と側壁を有する第2の導電区分、であって、当該第1の導電性区分と当該第2の導電性区分の前記側壁同士はギャップによって隔てられている、第1及び第2の導電性区分と、
第1ショットと第2ショットを備えるツーショットナックルであって、
前記第1ショットは、第2ショット保持領域を含んでいて、前記第1及び前記第2の連結構造の内及び周りに、前記第1の導電性帯と前記第2の導電性帯が物理的に一体に連結されるようにして重ね成形されており、
前記第2ショットは、前記第2ショット保持領域へ成形され、前記ギャップを埋めている、ツーショットナックルと、を備えている電子デバイス。 - 前記第1ショット及び前記第2ショットは誘電性材料から成る、請求項1に記載の電子デバイス。
- 前記第1ショットはガラス充填ナイロンから成る、請求項1に記載の電子デバイス。
- 前記第2ショットは非充填ナイロンから成る、請求項1に記載の電子デバイス。
- 前記第2ショットは化粧であり、複数の色のうちの何れか1つを呈している、請求項1に記載の電子デバイス。
- 前記第2ショット保持機構は空洞を備えており、前記第2ショットは自身を前記空洞へ定着させている、請求項1に記載の電子デバイス。
- 前記第2ショットは前記第1ショットへ化学的に結合されていない、請求項1に記載の電子デバイス。
- 前記第1の連結構造は、前記第1の導電性構造へ溶接されているブラケットである、請求項1に記載の電子デバイス。
- 前記第2の連結構造は、前記第2の導電性区分へ溶接されているブラケット又は前記第2の導電性区分の一体に形成されている構造である、請求項1に記載の電子デバイス。
- 第1の連結構造と側壁を有する第1の導電性区分を提供する工程、及び、
第2の連結構造と側壁を有する第2の導電性区分を提供する工程、であって、当該第1の導電性区分と当該第2の導電性区分の前記側壁同士には第1のギャップを存在させる、第1及び第2の導電性区分を提供する工程と、
第1ショットを前記第1のギャップの中へ成形し、前記第1ショットに、前記第1及び前記第2の連結構造と接合して物理的に前記第1の導電性帯と前記第2の導電性帯を一体に連結させ、第2ショット保持領域を備えさせる、第1ショット構成要素を成形する工程と、
前記第1ショットと前記第1及び前記第2の導電性帯から化粧領域を機械で削り取り、前記化粧領域に前記第1の導電性帯と前記第2の導電性帯の前記側壁同士の間に存在する第2のギャップを備えさせる、化粧領域を機械で削り取る工程と、
第2ショットを前記化粧領域の中へ成形する工程と、を備えている方法。 - 前記第1ショットを成形する工程は、金属挿入体を使用して前記第2ショット保持領域を作成する工程を備えている、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記第1ショットはガラス充填ナイロンであり、前記第2ショットは非充填ナイロンである、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記第1ショットを成形する工程は、当該第1ショットを射出成形する工程を備えている、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記第2ショットを成形する工程は、当該第2ショットを射出成形する工程を備えている、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記第2ショットの一部分を磨く工程を更に備えている、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記第2ショットは、自身を、前記第1ショットの前記第2ショット保持領域へ定着させる、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 第1の導電性区分、第2の導電性区分、及び第3の導電性区分と、
第1のダブルショットナックル、第2のダブルショットナックル、及び第3のダブルショットナックルであって、
当該第1のダブルショットナックルは前記第1の導電性区分を前記第2の導電性区分へ連結し、
当該第2のダブルショットナックルは前記第2の導電性区分を前記第3の導電性区分へ連結し、
当該第3のダブルショットナックルは前記第3の導電性区分を前記第1の導電性区分へ連結している、第1、第2、及び第3のダブルショットナックルと、を備えており、
前記第1、前記第2、及び前記第3のダブルショットナックルのそれぞれが、前記各区分同士を機械的に連結している第1ショットと化粧仕上げを提供している第2ショットを備えている、電子デバイスの外周構成要素。 - 前記第1ショット及び前記第2ショットは誘電性材料から成る、請求項17に記載の電子デバイス。
- 前記第1ショットはガラス充填ナイロンから成る、請求項17に記載の電子デバイス。
- 前記第2ショットは非充填ナイロンから成る、請求項17に記載の電子デバイス。
- 前記第2ショットは化粧であり、複数の色のうちの何れか1つを呈している、請求項17に記載の電子デバイス。
- 前記第2ショットは色が白である、請求項17に記載の電子デバイス。
