Description
このように、従来の電流検出装置では、2個のホール素子をコアの磁気ギャップ内に介在することで、所望レベルの電流検出を可能としている。
(1) バスバーから成る電流路に対して平行に配置された基板と、
前記電流路を流れる電流によって発生する磁界の強さを検出するため、該電流路上方に位置した前記基板の表裏面に対向して配置される二つの磁気検出器と、
前記二つの磁気検出器と、該二つの磁気検出器が配置された部位の電流路を内部に収容するようにして、該電流路に装着される電磁シールド枠部材と、
前記二つの磁気検出器のそれぞれが検出した磁界に応じて出力される電流値の差からいずれか一方に生じ得る故障の有無を判別する制御回路と、を備え、
前記二つの磁気検出器は、前記電流路からの距離が異なる箇所に位置し、正常状態において検出する磁界に応じて出力される電流値が一致するように感度調整されていることを特徴とする電流検出装置。

Claims (2)
- バスバーから成る電流路に対して平行に配置された基板と、
前記電流路を流れる電流によって発生する磁界の強さを検出するため、該電流路上方に位置した前記基板の表裏面に対向して配置される二つの磁気検出器と、
前記二つの磁気検出器と、該二つの磁気検出器が配置された部位の電流路を内部に収容するようにして、該電流路に装着される電磁シールド枠部材と、
前記二つの磁気検出器のそれぞれが検出した磁界に応じて出力される電流値の差からいずれか一方に生じ得る故障の有無を判別する制御回路と、を備え、
前記二つの磁気検出器は、前記電流路からの距離が異なる箇所に位置し、正常状態において検出する磁界に応じて出力される電流値が一致するように感度調整されていることを特徴とする電流検出装置。 - 前記二つの磁気検出器はそれぞれが、前記電流路の幅方向の中心に位置するように配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の電流検出装置。
