Description
(前処理)
パームの硬質フラクション(パーム油ステアリン−PO)をパーム核油(PK)とブレンドし、この油ブレンドを80〜90℃まで加熱する。その後、0.15%(油ブレンドの重量基準)の脱塩水を加え、得られた混合物を、ある平均速度および大気圧で15分間撹拌する。その後、0.5%(油ブレンドの重量基準)の天然漂白土を加え、この混合物を、平均速度および100mbarの減圧下でさらに40分間撹拌する。
酵素によるエステル交換を、連続プロセス(図1を参照)を用いて行い、このプロセスにおいて、リポザイム TL IM(Lipozyme TL IM)酵素が入った充填カラムに原料を圧送する。原料および充填床反応器の温度を70℃に設定する。その後に、油を、タンク1からライン4を介し、流速4kg油/酵素kg/時間でカラム2に圧送する。エステル交換した生成物をライン5を介してカラムから出し、サンプル収集部3に集める。反応の進行は、一定時間間隔でサンプルを採取し、組成物の炭素数を測定することによってモニタリングする。変換率は、これらの炭素数に基づいて算出される(以下を参照)。
PO/PKブレンドをエステル交換するとき、以下の式を用いて変換率を算出する。

Claims (12)
- 植物油と天然吸着剤とを接触させ、6〜8の範囲のpHを得ることと、吸着剤から油を分離することと、この処理した油を、エステル交換用の酵素触媒存在下で反応させることとによって植物油を処理することを含み、
前記天然吸着剤は天然漂白土であって、
前記油を、水存在下、前記吸着剤と接触させ、
前記接触させる工程の前に、水を、前記油の0.01〜0.5重量%の量で前記油に加える、植物油をエステル交換する方法。 - 前記油を、吸着剤を用いた処理中、および/または吸着剤から分離した後に乾燥させる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記処理した油が、石鹸を1重量%未満しか含まない、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記酵素触媒が、支持体に固定されている、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記酵素触媒がリパーゼである、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記酵素触媒が、サーモマイセス ラヌギノサス(Thermomyces lanuginosus)由来のリパーゼである、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記油が、パームに由来する1種類以上の油を含む、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記油が、パーム油ステアリンとパーム核油を含む、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記触媒の生産性が、触媒1kgあたり、油が少なくとも1500kgである、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 植物油を天然吸着剤で処理し、6〜8の範囲のpHを得ることを含む、植物油をエステル交換するプロセスにおいて酵素の生産性を上げる方法。
- 前記油を水存在下で処理する、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 植物油を請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の方法にしたがってエステル交換することを含む、マーガリン用ハードストックを製造する方法。
