Description

−無機および/または有機原料を形成している粒子の一部は、温度で膨張させることができる粒子からなる。
−無機粒子を形成する材料は、炭酸カルシウム、水酸化マグネシウムまたは水酸化アルミニウム、硫酸バリウム、粘土、カオリン、水晶、タルクなどの炭酸塩、ケイ酸塩および硫酸塩ならびに酸化チタン、ボーキサイトおよびギブサイトなどの酸化物および水酸化物によって形成される群から選択される。
−有機粒子を形成する材料は、木、リグニンなどの繊維状または粒状のセルロース、黒鉛、たとえばエポキシおよびベークライト(登録名称)などの微粉化されたヒートセット性再利用ポリマー、PET(ポリエチレンテレフタレート)、PBT(ポリブチレンテレフタレート)、PP(ポリプロピレン)、PE(ポリエチレン)、PA(ポリアミド)ならびにこれらのコポリマーなどの微粉化された熱可塑性ポリマーによって形成される群から選択される。および/または
−結合剤を形成する材料は、ホルムアルデヒドを含むまたは含まない樹脂、アクリレート、スチレンアクリレート、酢酸ビニル、メタクリレート、ビニルアクリレート、アクリルアミド、メチルアクリルアミド、エチルビニルアセテート、スチレンブタジエン、ビニルアルコール、ブタジエンアクリレート、ポリウレタン、シリコーンを主体とするエマルジョン内または分散液内の液状樹脂、ならびにフェノール、メラミン、尿素、エポキシ、アルキドおよびポリエステルを主体とする架橋性樹脂によって形成される群から選択される。
−100μm超、有利には60μm超、好ましくは20μm超の粒径を有する粒子は、有機的性質または起源を有する。
−無機および/または有機原料を形成する粒子の一部は、温度で膨張させることができる粒子からなる。および/または
−不織布製品の層を形成する連続繊維またはフィラメントは、ポリプロピレン、ポリエステル、ポリアミド、ポリエチレンと同様にこれらの異なるポリマーのコポリマーならびにこれらの異なるポリマーおよびコポリマーの可能な混合物によって形成される群から選択される熱可塑性ポリマー材料を主体とする。
6.0dtexの連続ポリエステルフィラメントの表面は、いわゆる「スパンボンド」方法に従って、表面重量125および155g/m2の2水準で調製された。これは、文献FR 88 16711に記載された方法に従って層の中央に導入された68Texのガラス糸条による補強の目的であった。
7.0dtexの連続ポリエステルフィラメントの表面は、非常に高い弾性率の基材による補強をせずに「スパンボンド」方法によって調製された。

Claims (28)
- 熱い瀝青に含浸されコーティングされる枠として使用される、物理的および機械的性質が強化された可撓性の不織布製品であって、
不織布製品は、1未満の体積密度を有し、製品のXY平面に対して垂直なZ方向において重ね合わされた合成繊維またはフィラメントの少なくとも2枚の層によって形成されており、少なくとも1回の機械的または水圧のニードリング操作を受けており、これによって、該製品内に単一モードまたは多モードで分布する、フィラメントまたは繊維を互いに少なくとも点連結できる結合剤によって少なくとも部分的にコーティングされた、剛直な無機および/または有機粒子の形態の粒状原料を一体化しており、
不織布製品内に存在する粒状原料の、重量および/または体積の点で大部分を構成する、有機および/または無機粒子(「大粒子」と呼ぶ)の少なくとも1種の粒子が、次式のようなサイズを有し、
及び
(式中SMfは、不織布製品の層を形成する繊維またはフィラメントの平均断面積に相当し、vは有機または無機の大粒子のそれぞれの体積の平均値を表す。)
前記大粒子が、不織布製品の繊維の網状組織に導入され、結合剤と共に、不織布製品の同じ層の節、編み目、繊維およびフィラメントの間に、および不織布製品を形成する重ね合わされた別個の層の間に、架橋または連結を生じさせることを特徴とする、不織布製品。 - 大粒子が、d≧3×DMfである、少なくとも1つの寸法dを有し、式中DMfが不織布製品の層を形成する繊維またはフィラメントの平均直径に相当する、請求項1に記載の不織布製品。

- 原料を形成している粒子が、100μm超の粒径を有し、有機粒子である、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の不織布製品。

- 不織布製品が、高い安定化特性を有するフィラメント、(1種または複数の)格子および/または生地の形態の補強構造を一体化し、これにより結合剤によって少なくとも部分的にコーティングされた、無機および/または有機粒子が、これらの補強構造と層のフィラメントまたは繊維の間に前記結合剤によって剛直な連結を確立するまたは架橋を生じさせる、請求項1から13のいずれか一項に記載の不織布製品。

不織布製品は、1未満の体積密度を有し、製品のXY平面に対して垂直なZ方向において重ね合わされた繊維またはフィラメントの少なくとも2枚の層によって形成されており、少なくとも1回の機械的または水圧のニードリング操作を受けており、これによって、その製品内に単一モードまたは多モードで分布する、フィラメントまたは繊維を互いに少なくとも点連結できる結合剤によって少なくとも部分的にコーティングされた、剛直な無機および/または有機粒子の形態において、粒状原料を一体化もする可撓性の不織布製品の製造方法であって、
方法が、−事前に、同時にまたは続いて−繊維またはフィラメントの層の中および/またはその間の結合剤を一体化することにあり、これによって、無機および/または有機粒状の原料を混合するための1つのステージが、不織布製品内に存在する粒状原料の、重量および/または体積の点で大部分を構成する、次式のようなサイズを有する有機および/または無機粒子(「大粒子」と呼ぶ)の少なくとも1種の粒子を含み、
及び
(式中SMfは、不織布製品の層を形成する繊維またはフィラメントの平均断面積に相当し、vは有機または無機の大粒子のそれぞれの体積の平均値を表す。)
前記大粒子が、不織布製品の繊維の網状組織に導入され、結合剤と共に、不織布製品の同じ層の節、編み目、繊維およびフィラメントの間に、および不織布製品を形成する重ね合わされた別個の層の間に、架橋または連結を生じさせることを特徴とする、方法。 - 不織布製品中に混合される大粒子が、請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の粒子に相当し、これによって、ニードリング操作が不織布製品の層の、中および間に粒状原料を導入する前または後に行われる、請求項18に記載の製造方法。
- 混合される無機および/または有機粒状原料がまた、その粒径が30μm未満である粒子を含む、請求項18または19に記載の製造方法。
- 方法が、不織布製品内の無機および/または有機原料を、不織布製品の層を形成する繊維またはフィラメントの重量の1%から30%の間の重量比率で混合することにある、請求項18から20のいずれか一項に記載の製造方法。
- 無機および/または有機粒子の組が、不織布製品において同時に混合され、化学結合剤と事前にまたは同時に混合される、請求項18から20のいずれか一項に記載の製造方法。
- 無機粒子および有機粒子が不織布製品において異なる方法で混合され、これによって、無機粒子が有機粒子に続いて導入される、請求項18から20のいずれか一項に記載の製造方法。
- 無機および/または有機粒子を形成している(1種または複数の)材料が、必要に応じて結合剤の活性化、架橋または乾燥の融点において、層の繊維またはフィラメントを形成している(1種または複数の)材料の融点より高い融点を有する、請求項18から23のいずれか一項に記載の製造方法。
- 有機粒子の融点が繊維またはフィラメントの融点未満であり、適宜、結合剤を形成する材料のヒートセット温度、乾燥温度、活性化温度または架橋温度未満または超である、請求項18から23のいずれか一項に記載の製造方法。
- 100μm超の粒径を有する粒子が有機粒子であり、無機および/または有機原料を形成している粒子の一部が温度で膨張することができる粒子からなり、不織布製品の層を形成する連続繊維またはフィラメントが、ポリプロピレン、ポリエステル、ポリアミド、およびポリエチレンと同様にこれらの異なるポリマーのコポリマーならびにこれらの異なるポリマーおよびコポリマーの可能な混合物によって形成される群から選択される熱可塑性ポリマー材料を主体とする、請求項18から25のいずれか一項に記載の製造方法。
- 粒子の密度が結合剤の密度より30%大きい場合には、含浸によって粒状の原料および結合剤を導入する場合、方法がチキソトロープ剤または分散化剤を使用することにある、請求項18から26のいずれか一項に記載の製造方法。
- 方法が、この不織布製品において、場合によって2層以上の連続層においてまたはこれらの間に、高い安定化特性を有するフィラメント、(1種または複数の)格子および/または生地の形態の補強構造と、これらの補強構造と層のフィラメントまたは繊維の間に結合剤によって剛直な連結を確立するまたは架橋を生じさせる前記結合剤によって少なくとも部分的にコーティングされる、無機および/または有機粒子とを一体化することにある、請求項18から27のいずれか一項に記載の製造方法。
