Description
− 可塑化剤の移動の経時的な制御が不良である結果として、これらの組成物から製造された包装用フィルムの酸素透過性が経時的に変化する、
− 多層構造の場合には、隣接する層との接着力が喪失する。
− アクリル酸ブチル類の群から選択され塩化ビニリデンと共重合可能な少なくとも1つのコモノマーと塩化ビニリデンとの少なくとも1つのコポリマー(A)と;
− 少なくとも1つの脂肪族ポリカルボン酸と少なくとも1つのポリヒドロキシル化脂肪族アルコールの重縮合反応から誘導されたポリエステル類から選択される、組成物総重量との関係において1〜20重量%の少なくとも1つのポリマー可塑化剤(B)と;
を含む組成物にある。
− 2,2’−アゾビス(4−メトキシ−2,4−ジメチルバレロニトリル);
− 2,2’−アゾビス(2,4−ジメチルバレロニトリル);
− (1−フェニルエチル)アゾジフェニルメタン;
− 2,2’−アゾビスイソブチロニトリル;
− ジメチル2,2’−アゾビスイソブチレート;
− 1,1’−アゾビス(1−シクロヘキサンカルボニトリル);
− 2,2’−アゾビス(2−メチルブチロニトリル);
− 2,2’−アゾビス(2,4,4−トリメチルペンタン);
− 2−フェニルアゾ−2,4−ジメチル−4−メトキシバレロニトリル;および
− 2,2’−アゾビス(2−メチルプロパン)。
− 過酸化ジアシル、例えば過酸化ジラウロイル、過酸化ジベンゾイルおよび過酸化ジデカノイル;
− 過酸化スクシノイル;
− 有機過酸化物、例えばヒドロ過酸化クミルおよびヒドロ過酸化tert−アミル;
− ジアルキルペルオキシジカーボネート類、例えばジエチルペルオキシジカーボネート、ジイソプロピルペルオキシジカーボネート、ジミリスチルペルオキシジカーボネート、ジシクロヘキシルペルオキシジカーボネート、ジ(2−エチルヘキシル)ペルオキシジカーボネート、ジ(4−tert−ブチル)シクロヘキシルペルオキシジカーボネートおよびジセチルペルオキシジカーボネート;
− ペルエステル類、例えばt−アミルペルピバレート、t−ブチルペルピバレート、t−ブチルペルオキシ−2−エチルヘキサノエート、t−アミルペルオキシネオデカノエート、t−ブチルペルオキシネオデカノエートおよびクミルペルオキシネオデカノエート。
塩化ビニリデンコポリマー組成物中のポリマー可塑化剤(B)の量は、質量平衡によって決定された。
塩化ビニリデンコポリマー組成物中のエポキシ化大豆油の量は、質量平衡またはエポキシ化大豆油標準を用いた薄層クロマトグラフィによって決定された。クロマトグラフィに付される試料は、塩化ビニリデンコポリマーの組成物をテトラヒドロフラン中に溶解させることによって得られ、この作業の後にメタノール中での沈殿が行なわれた。その後、沈殿した部分を濾過し、テトラヒドロフラン中に溶解した状態に戻してから、2回目の沈殿に付した。その後2つの可溶性画分を合わせ、蒸発器を用いて濃縮した。得られた濃縮物を薄層クロマトグラフィに付した。移動の後、現像剤を使用し、密度測定を実施した。
熱安定性測定の原理は、応力下でのその挙動を分析するために、混合チャンバ内で塩化ビニリデンポリマー組成物を加工することからなる。これにより、押出し機内で使用されるその能力の尺度が得られる。
以下の実施例を介して問題の塩化ビニリデンコポリマー組成物からフィルムを調製した。
本方法の原理は、規定の温度および相対湿度について、塩化ビニリデンコポリマー組成物のフィルムを単位時間および単位面積あたりに通過する酸素量を決定することからなる。

重合中に予めエポキシ化大豆油(コポリマーの重量との関係において2重量%の量)が添加されている、90重量%の塩化ビニリデンと10重量%のアクリル酸n−ブチルを含むコポリマーと、以下で記述されている要領で、PALAMOLL(登録商標)638の名称でBASFが販売している5600に等しい重量平均分子量(上述のGPCにより測定されるもの)を有する1,2−プロパンジオールとオクタノールとの混合物とアジピン酸の重縮合生成物であるポリエステル可塑化剤とを、(コポリマーの重量との関係において3重量%の量で)予混合によって混合した。
130rpmでの機械的撹拌を伴い、外套体が備わった、設定温度15℃の40リットル入りオートクレーブ内に、19058gの脱塩水を導入した。次に導入したのは、140gの過酸化ラウロイルと1820cm3のメチルヒドロキシプロピルセルロース溶液であった。撹拌を停止し、次にオートクレーブを脱気した。その後、オートクレーブ内に1190gのアクリル酸ブチルを導入した。次に、オートクレーブ内に、先に40℃で流動化させた308gのエポキシ化大豆油、1428gのポリエステル可塑化剤PALAMOLL(登録商標)638および8400gの塩化ビニリデンで構成された混合物を導入した。最後にオートクレーブ内に4410gの塩化ビニリデンを導入した。
アクリル酸n−ブチルの代りにアクリル酸メチルを使用したという点を除いて、実施例1に記載した通りに塩化ビニリデンコポリマーベースの組成物を調製した。
IXAN(登録商標)PVS801という名称でSOLVINにより販売され以下のものを含む組成物から、一般的手順にしたがって複数のフィルムを製造した:
− 90重量%の塩化ビニリデンと10重量%のアクリル酸メチルを含むコポリマー;
− コポリマーの重量との関係において5重量%のエポキシ化大豆油;および
− コポリマーの重量との関係において5重量%の、クエン酸アセチルトリブチルで構成された可塑化剤。
160rpmでの機械的撹拌を伴い、外套体が備わった、設定温度15℃の40リットル入りオートクレーブ内に、19197gの脱塩水を導入した。次に導入したのは、140gの過酸化ラウロイルと1680cm3のメチルヒドロキシプロピルセルロース溶液であった。撹拌を停止し、次にオートクレーブを脱気した。その後、オートクレーブ内に1190gのアクリル酸ブチルを導入した。次に、オートクレーブ内に、先に40℃で流動化させた280gのエポキシ化大豆油、CAPA(登録商標)6100の名称でPerstorpにより販売されている193gのε−カプロラクトンポリマーおよび8400gの塩化ビニリデンで構成された混合物を導入した。最後にオートクレーブ内に4410gの塩化ビニリデンを導入した。

Claims (15)
- アクリル酸ブチル類及びメタクリル酸ブチル類の群から選択され塩化ビニリデンと共重合可能な少なくとも1つのコモノマーと塩化ビニリデンとの少なくとも1つのコポリマー(A)と;少なくとも1つの脂肪族ポリカルボン酸と少なくとも1つのポリヒドロキシル化脂肪族アルコールの重縮合反応から誘導されたポリエステル類から選択される、組成物総重量との関係において1〜20重量%の少なくとも1つのポリマー可塑化剤(B)とを含む組成物。
- 前記コポリマー(A)の前記コモノマーの少なくとも1つがアクリル酸n−ブチルであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記コポリマー(A)が、85〜95重量%の塩化ビニリデンと5〜15重量%のアクリル酸n−ブチルを含むコポリマーであることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の組成物。
- 前記ポリマー可塑化剤(B)が、2〜20個の炭素原子を含む飽和または不飽和の脂肪族炭化水素ベースの鎖を有する脂肪族ポリカルボン酸から誘導されたポリエステルであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 前記ポリマー可塑化剤(B)が、モノヒドロキシル化およびポリヒドロキシル化脂肪族アルコール類の混合物と脂肪族ポリカルボン酸の重縮合の結果として得られるポリエステルであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 前記ポリマー可塑化剤(B)が、アジピン酸と1,2−プロパンジオールの重縮合の結果として得られるポリエステル類、アジピン酸と1,2−プロパンジオールの重縮合の結果として得られそのヒドロキシル基が部分的にアセチル化されているもの、および、1,2−プロパンジオールとオクタノールの混合物とアジピン酸の重縮合の結果として得られるものからなる群から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- エポキシ化植物油(C)をさらに含む、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 前記エポキシ化植物油(C)がエポキシ化大豆油である、請求項7に記載の組成物。
- 予混合による(A)と(B)の混合ステップを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の組成物の調製方法。
- (A)の前記成分モノマーの共重合による(A)の調製中に、(B)を(A)の中に取込むステップを含む、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の組成物の調製方法。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の組成物の使用を含む、物品の調製方法。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の組成物を含む、単層または多層フィルム。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の組成物を含む少なくとも1つの障壁層を含む、請求項12に記載のフィルム。
- 請求項12または13に記載の前記フィルムを含む包装材料または袋。
- 請求項12または13に記載のフィルムを含む食品包装材料。
