Claims (7)
- 切り屑除去金属加工用の工具であって、
共通の中心軸に沿って配向された第一のパーツ及び第二のパーツと、
該第一及び第二のパーツを互いに着脱可能に結合するねじ接合部と、を備え、
該ねじ接合部は、
前記第一のパーツの中空スペースの開口部に配置された雌ねじと、
前記第二のパーツの雄状ピンの自由端に配置された雄ねじと、を含み、
個々のねじは、頂部と底部を有するつるまき状の溝部を画定する二つのフランクとによって規定される輪郭形状を有するつるまき状ねじ山を含み、
前記雄ねじの第一のフランクは前記雄状ピンの自由端の反対方向を向き、前記雌ねじの第一のフランクは前記中空スペースの開口部の反対方向に向いて、前記雄状ピンを前記中空スペースにねじ込むときに互いに圧接し、前記雄ねじの第二のフランクは前記雄状ピンの自由端の方向に向き、前記雌ねじの第二のフランクは前記中空スペースの開口部の方向に向いて、前記雄状ピンをまわして前記中空スペースから引き出すときに互いに圧接し、前記雄ねじ及び前記雌ねじの前記第一のフランクは前記中心軸に対して第一の角度で傾斜し、該第一の角度は前記雄ねじの前記第二のフランク及び前記雌ねじの前記第二のフランクのそれぞれが前記中心軸に対して傾斜する第二の角度よりも小さく、二つの前記雄ねじ及び前記雌ねじの前記第一のフランクの前記第一の角度が等しい大きさであり、前記雌ねじの第二のフランクの第二の角度は前記雄ねじの第二のフランクの第二の角度より大きく、
前記第二のパーツの前記雄状ピンが、該雄状ピンの自由端側の反対側である前記雄ねじの前方と該雄状ピンの自由端側である前記雄ねじの背後とにそれぞれ配置された第一及び第二の回転対称な外側ガイド面を備え、前記第一のパーツの中空スペースが、該中空スペースの開口端部側である前記雌ねじの前方と該中空スペースの開口端部側の反対側である前記雌ねじの背後とにそれぞれ配置された第一及び第二の回転対称な内側ガイド面を備え、前記第一の外側ガイド面が前記第一の内側ガイド面と協働的に係合し、前記第二の外側ガイド面が前記第二の内側ガイド面と協働的に係合し、
前記雄ねじの前方に配置された前記第一の外側ガイド面の直径が、前記雌ねじの前方に配置された前記第一の内側ガイド面の内径より大きく、前記第一の外側ガイド面と前記第一の内側ガイド面との協働的な係合は圧入によるものであることを特徴とする工具。 - 前記中心軸に対する前記第一のフランクの前記第一の角度が100〜120゜であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の工具。
- 前記中心軸に対する前記第一のフランクの前記第一の角度が104〜115゜であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の工具。
- 前記中心軸に対する前記雄ねじ及び前記雌ねじの前記第二のフランクの前記第二の角度が115〜150゜であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の工具。
- 前記中心軸に対する前記雄ねじ及び前記雌ねじの前記第二のフランクの前記第二の角度が120〜140゜であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の工具。
- 前記第二のパーツが硬い耐摩耗性物質を含む摩耗パーツを含み、前記第一のパーツが比較的柔らかな物質を含む基本ボディーを含み、前記第二のパーツが前記雄状ピン上に前記雄ねじを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の工具。
- 前記摩耗パーツがミーリングカッタボディーを含み、前記基本ボディーが回転可能なシャフトを含むことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の工具。
