Description
特許文献3には、ループ及びコネクタがシース内に収容されるバイポーラ・スネアが記載されている。しかしながら、ワイヤがシース内に引き込まれるときに、ワイヤが捩じれ、結果としてワイヤが短絡する恐れがある。これは、コネクタに隣接する更なる絶縁部分によって阻止される。この更なる絶縁部分はワイヤ同士が短絡するのを防ぐが、結果として、ワイヤがシースに非常に近いときに特に、組織の切断効率を低下させてしまう。
Claims (8)
- バイポーラ・スネアデバイスであって、
基端部及び末端部を有する細長い管状の絶縁シースと、
前記絶縁シース内に配置され、それぞれ基端部及び末端部を有し、それぞれ前記絶縁シースの少なくとも前記末端部から延在することができる長さを有する、一対の細長い可撓性の導電ワイヤと、
前記導電ワイヤの前記末端部に配置され、前記導電ワイヤの前記末端部を機械的に接続し、前記導電ワイヤが互いに絶縁されるようにしながら前記絶縁シースの前記末端部から突出するループを形成する絶縁コネクタと、
前記ループを形成する前記細長い導電ワイヤのそれぞれ選択された部分を除く全ての部分を覆うように配置される絶縁体と、
前記絶縁シースに対して前記導電ワイヤをスライドさせ、前記ループを拡大又は縮小するためのハンドルと、
前記導電ワイヤの前記基端部をバイポーラ電気手術発電機に接続するための電気接続部と、
前記絶縁シース内に位置し、前記導電ワイヤごとの複数の区画を形成するガイド部材とを備え、
前記ガイド部材が、前記導電ワイヤが互いに捩じれるのを防ぐように前記絶縁シース内で回転可能となっており、
前記ガイド部材の末端部に延長部が設けられており、
前記延長部が、前記導電ワイヤが前記ガイド部材から出る際に、前記導電ワイヤを分離することが可能なバイポーラ・スネアデバイス。 - 前記ガイド部材が、前記導電ワイヤごとに設けられた2つの区画を形成するI字形断面の円筒形部材を備えている請求項1に記載のバイポーラ・スネアデバイス。
- 前記ガイド部材が、前記導電ワイヤごとに設けられた2つの内腔をその中に有する円筒形部材を備えている請求項1に記載のバイポーラ・スネアデバイス。
- 前記延長部が、平坦な仕切りを形成している請求項1から3のいずれかに記載のバイポーラ・スネアデバイス。
- 前記延長部が、第1の延長された位置と第2の格納された位置の2つの位置の間で移動可能となっており、前記第1の延長された位置は前記延長部が前記導電ワイヤを分離する位置であり、前記第2の格納された位置は前記絶縁コネクタが前記絶縁シースに少なくとも部分的に入るための空間を与える位置である請求項1から4のいずれかに記載のバイポーラ・スネアデバイス。
- 前記延長部が、第2の位置で折りたたむことが可能な可撓性材料により形成される請求項5に記載のバイポーラ・スネアデバイス。
- 前記ガイド部材が、前記絶縁シースの前記末端部から後退する請求項1から6のいずれかに記載のバイポーラ・スネアデバイス。
- 前記ガイド部材が、前記絶縁コネクタの少なくとも一部を含む前記ループ全体を前記絶縁シース内に収容できる程度まで、前記絶縁シースの前記末端部から後退する請求項7に記載のバイポーラ・スネアデバイス。
