Description
第一面にテクスチャを備えた膜を型の中に、膜の第二面が型の内壁に接するように配置するステップと、
型の射出ポートを介して、溶融した炭素繊維複合プラスチックを第一面に射出して、第一形状の部材を得るステップと、
材料除去法を用いて、第一形状の部材から第二形状の部材を得るステップと、を備えた炭素繊維部材の製造方法を提供することである。

Claims (7)
- 第一面にテクスチャを備えた膜を型の中に、前記膜の第二面が前記型の内壁に接するように配置するステップと、
前記型の射出ポートを介して、溶融した炭素繊維複合プラスチックを前記第一面に射出して、第一形状の部材を得るステップと、
材料除去法を用いて、前記第一形状の部材から第二形状の部材を得るステップと、を備えた炭素繊維部材の製造方法であって、
前記炭素繊維部材が電子デバイスの筐体であり、
前記第一形状の部材の炭素繊維複合プラスチック層の厚さが1.0mm〜2.0mmであり、前記第二形状の部材の炭素繊維複合プラスチック層の厚さが0.3mm〜0.6mmである、炭素繊維部材の製造方法。 - 前記部材が薄肉型部材である、請求項1に記載の炭素繊維部材の製造方法。
- 前記溶融した炭素繊維複合プラスチックの射出成形圧力が100MPa以下であり、射出速度が60mm/s以下である、請求項1又は2に記載の炭素繊維部材の製造方法。
- 前記材料除去法が、コンピュータ数値制御機械を用いて対応する材料を除去する、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の炭素繊維部材の製造方法。
- 前記テクスチャが、エンボス加工法を用いて形成された炭素繊維テクスチャである、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の炭素繊維部材の製造方法。
- 前記炭素繊維テクスチャが特に三次元パターンである、請求項5に記載の炭素繊維部材の製造方法。
- 前記膜の材料が特にPETプラスチック又はPCプラスチックである、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の炭素繊維部材の製造方法。
