技术领域
本发明涉及一种复合材料制品及其成型方法。
背景技术
在消费性电子产品朝轻薄小方向发展时,为降低产品的厚度而不减弱其强度的前提下,传统的产品材质由塑料发展为在塑料的基础上添加了纤维(玻璃纤维或者碳纤维)后形成的复合材料。
然而,复合材料在注射成型后会有纤维浮在表面,影响了产品表面的光滑及美观。常常需要修补打磨后才能达到产品美观的要求。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种美观的复合材料制品。
同时,有必要提供一种美观的复合材料制品的成型方法。
一种复合材料制品,其包括一由熔融的复合材料注射成型的复合材料层,所述复合材料层的表面贴附一贴附薄膜。
一种复合材料制品的成型方法,包括以下步骤:
提供一贴附薄膜;
使贴附薄膜贴附于一模内装饰成型模具的母模的模穴内;
合模,并向模穴内注射熔融状态的复合材料;
保压冷却;以及
开模,顶出复合材料层表面附着有贴附薄膜的复合材料制品。
上述复合材料制品及其成型方法将贴附薄膜贴合于所述复合材料,可以形成美观的复合材料制品。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本发明提供一种复合材料制品的成型方法。
本发明复合材料制品的成型方法的较佳实施方式是利用模内装饰成型技术将贴附薄膜贴附于复合材料的表面,其主要包括以下步骤:
步骤102,提供一贴附薄膜。
步骤104,使贴附薄膜贴附于一模内装饰成型模具的母模的模穴内。
步骤106,合模,并向模穴内注射熔融状态的复合材料。该复合材料由基础塑料及添加材料组成。其中基础塑料包括聚碳酸酯(PC)、聚碳酸酯和丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物混合物(PC/ABS)、聚己二酸己二胺(PA66)、丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(ABS)中的一种或者一种以上材料。添加材料包括碳纤维及玻璃纤维等。其中添加材料在复合材料中所占质量比例为5%至65%。
步骤108,保压冷却。
步骤110,开模,将复合材料层表面附着有贴附薄膜的复合材料制品顶出。
上述复合材料制品的成型方法用于成型各种电脑外壳、手机外壳或者其它各种电子设备面板,所述复合材料制品不仅具有复合材料的优异性能,而且光滑、美观。通过对贴附薄膜的选择和处理,还可以在复合材料制品表面形成多样的花纹、图案及色彩。
以下将结合附图2说明本发明成型后的复合材料制品。本发明复合材料制品的第一较佳实施方式包括贴附薄膜100及复合材料层200。贴附薄膜100包括一基体层102、一第一黏着层104、一装饰层106及一第二黏着层108。
该复合材料层200由上述熔融的复合材料成型后形成。
贴附薄膜100贴附于复合材料层200的表面,基体层102对其内侧的装饰层106起保护作用,使装饰层106及复合材料层200免于磨损及刮花。基体层102一般由聚碳酸酯(PC)、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)、定向聚丙烯(OPP)、聚氯乙烯(PVC)等一种或两种以上的高分子材料制成的单层膜,或者由选自于前述材料中两种或两种以上制成的积层膜或共聚合物膜。该基体层102的厚度最好在0.038毫米至0.5毫米之间。
在装饰层106上,形成有图案及色彩。装饰层106是用油墨涂覆于基体层102上所形成。此外,亦可利用真空蒸镀法、电镀法等提供一由铝、铬、铜、镍、铟、锡中一种或一种以上制成之金属膜层作为该装饰层106,这种装饰层106可使复合材料制品表面呈现金属色泽。
该第一黏着层104位于该装饰层106与该基体层102之间,用于增加装饰层106与基体层102之间的粘着强度。
该第一黏着层104与该第二黏着层108具有可使该贴附薄膜100与复合材料层200结合的效果,其材料最好为丙烯酸树酯、硝化纤维素树酯、聚胺基甲酸酯树脂、氯化橡胶树酯、氯乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚合物树酯、聚酰胺树酯、聚酯树酯、环氧树脂、聚碳酸树酯、烯烃树酯、丙烯腈-丁烯-苯乙烯树酯等中的一种或两种以上。该第二黏着层108的厚度最好在0.0005至0.05毫米之间,以便在黏着性及印刷后干燥方面取得较好的综合效果。形成该第二黏着层108的方法可使用例如照相凹版印刷、网版印刷及胶版印刷等任一种一般性印刷方法,或者例如喷涂、浸涂与逆涂布等各种方法。
该第二黏着层108也可由具有热固性的材料制成,在加热后即可黏着于复合材料制品的表面。
该贴附薄膜100的基体层102可以是透明或者半透明的,用于显现装饰层106的图案及色泽。
如图3所示,本发明复合材料制品的第二较佳实施方式包括复合材料层200及贴附薄膜100a。该贴附薄膜100a可以仅包括一基体层102、一第一黏着层104及一装饰层106。不使用该第二黏着层108也可实现贴附薄膜100a与复合材料层200的贴附。该贴附薄膜100a也可以仅包括一基体层102、一装饰层106及一第二黏着层108。不使用该第一黏着层104也可实现贴附薄膜100a与复合材料层200的贴附。
如图4所示,本发明复合材料制品的第三较佳实施方式包括复合材料层200及贴附薄膜100b。当贴附薄膜100b的基体层102与复合材料的基础塑料为同系材质时,该贴附薄膜100b可以仅包括一基体层102及一装饰层106也可以实现贴附薄膜100b与复合材料层200的贴附。
如图5所示,本发明复合材料制品的第四较佳实施方式包括复合材料层200及贴附薄膜。该贴附薄膜也可以不包括装饰层106,进而利用透明的基体层102以显现复合材料层200的本色。显而易见的是,该基体层102也可以由具有色彩的材料制成,其贴附于复合材料层200表面后使复合材料制品显现出该基体层102的色彩。
Claims (15)
1.一种复合材料制品,其包括一由熔融的复合材料注射成型的复合材料层,其特征在于:所述复合材料层的表面贴附一贴附薄膜。
2.如权利要求1所述的复合材料制品,其特征在于:所述贴附薄膜包括一基体层,所述基体层贴附于所述复合材料层的表面。
3.如权利要求1所述的复合材料制品,其特征在于:所述贴附薄膜包括一基体层及一装饰层,所述装饰层位于所述复合材料层与所述基体层之间,所述装饰层上形成有图案及色彩,所述基体层对其内侧的装饰层起保护作用。
4.如权利要求1所述的复合材料制品,其特征在于:所述贴附薄膜包括一基体层、一第一黏着层及一装饰层,所述装饰层贴附于所述复合材料层,所述装饰层上形成有图案及色彩,所述第一黏着层位于所述装饰层与所述基体层之间增加粘着强度。
5.如权利要求1所述的复合材料制品,其特征在于:所述贴附薄膜包括一基体层、一第一黏着层、一装饰层及一第二黏着层,所述装饰层上形成有图案及色彩,所述第一黏着层位于所述装饰层与所述基体层之间,所述第二黏着层位于所述装饰层与所述复合材料层之间。
6.如权利要求1所述的复合材料制品,其特征在于:所述贴附薄膜包括一基体层、一装饰层及一第二黏着层,所述装饰层上形成有图案及色彩,所述第二黏着层位于所述装饰层与所述复合材料层之间,所述基体层对其内侧的装饰层起保护作用。
7.如权利要求2至6中任一项所述的复合材料制品,其特征在于:所述基体层由聚碳酸酯、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯、定向聚丙烯、聚氯乙烯等一种或两种以上的高分子材料制成的单层膜。
8.如权利要求2至6中任一项所述的复合材料制品,其特征在于:所述基体层由聚碳酸酯、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯、定向聚丙烯、聚氯乙烯等材料中的两种或两种以上制成的积层膜或共聚合物膜。
9.如权利要求2至6中任一项所述的复合材料制品,其特征在于:所述基体层的厚度在0.038毫米至0.5毫米之间。
10.如权利要求2至6中任一项所述的复合材料制品,其特征在于:所述基体层为透明或半透明。
11.如权利要求5、6中任一项所述的复合材料制品,其特征在于:所述第二黏着层的厚度在0.0005至0.05毫米之间。
12.如权利要求1所述的复合材料制品,其特征在于:所述复合材料包括基础塑料及添加材料,其中基础塑料包括聚碳酸酯、聚碳酸酯和丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物混合物、聚己二酸己二胺、丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物中的一种或者一种以上,添加材料主要为碳纤维及玻璃纤维等纤维中的一种或两种以上。
13.如权利要求12所述的复合材料制品,其特征在于:所述添加材料在复合材料中所占质量比例为5%至65%。
14.如权利要求1所述的复合材料制品,其特征在于:所述贴附薄膜是利用模内装饰成型技术贴附于复合材料的表面。
15.一种复合材料制品的成型方法,包括以下步骤:
提供一贴附薄膜;
使贴附薄膜贴附于一模内装饰成型模具的母模的模穴内;
合模,并向模穴内注射熔融状态的复合材料;
保压冷却;以及
开模,顶出复合材料层表面附着有贴附薄膜的复合材料制品。
