Description
前記塗料の粘性を低下させ、前記湿式塗装ブース循環水をフェノール系樹脂と、エトリンガイト水和物及び/又はカルシウムシリケート水和物との存在下におくことで、前記湿式塗装ブース循環水から前記塗料を分離する工程を有する方法。
[1]フェノールとホルムアルデヒドとの縮合物
[2]クレゾールとホルムアルデヒドとの縮合物
[3]キシレノールとホルムアルデヒドとの縮合物
[4]上記[1]〜[3]のフェノール系樹脂をアルキル化して得られるアルキル変性フェノール系樹脂
[5]ポリビニルフェノール
保有水量50Lの試験装置を用いて、循環水量100L/分とした。塗料は、10g/分の速度で、20分間に亘って吹き付けた。薬剤は、メラミン・アルデヒド酸コロイド溶液、固形硫酸バンド(住友化学社製)、フェノール系樹脂、並びにソース及び上記成分の混合粉末(比較例では凝集剤)を、表1に示す量で連続的に添加した。その後、スラッジを、1Lの水を収容したシリンダ(シリンダの底から水面までの距離30cm)に移し、50回の上下振とうの後、全スラッジに対する浮上したスラッジの割合、スラッジの浮上速度を求めた。また、浮上したスラッジを採取し、濾布の上に1時間置いた後、その含水率を測定した。この結果を表1に示す。なお、表1における薬剤の量は、塗料の固形分量に対する量である。スラッジの浮上速度は、水中のほぼすべてのスラッジが水面に浮上するまでの時間を測定し、その時間に基づき算出した。
上塗り塗料:「GWP−600」(日本ペイント社製)
中塗り塗料:「AR−2300」(日本ペイント社製)
[溶剤型塗料]
クリア塗料:「OG173」(日本ペイント社製)
Claims (10)
- 塗料を含む湿式塗装ブース循環水を処理する方法であって、
前記塗料の粘性を低下させ、前記湿式塗装ブース循環水をフェノール系樹脂と、エトリンガイト水和物及び/又はカルシウムシリケート水和物との存在下におくことで、前記湿式塗装ブース循環水から前記塗料を浮上分離する工程を有する方法。 - 前記エトリンガイト水和物及び/又はカルシウムシリケート水和物は、前記湿式塗装ブース循環水に、カルシウム、ケイ素及びアルミニウムからなる群より選ばれる1種以上の元素の酸化物を含むソースを添加することで生成する請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記ソースは、焼却灰及び/又はゼオライトを含む請求項2記載の方法。
- 前記焼却灰は、二酸化ケイ素70〜40質量%、酸化アルミニウム25〜10質量%、酸化カルシウム30〜5質量%を含む請求項3記載の方法。
- 前記湿式塗装ブース循環水に、硫酸カルシウムを含む成分を更に添加する工程を有する請求項2から4いずれか記載の方法。
- 前記成分は、石膏を含む請求項5記載の方法。
- 前記ソース及び前記成分は、総量で、二酸化ケイ素70〜40質量%、酸化アルミニウム25〜10質量%、酸化カルシウム30〜5質量%を含む請求項5又は6記載の方法。
- 前記ソース及び前記成分は、3:7〜7:3の質量比で添加される請求項5から7いずれか記載の方法。
- 前記ソース及び前記成分は、前記塗料の固形分量に対し5質量%以上20質量%以下の総量で添加される請求項5から8いずれか記載の方法。
- 前記塗料の粘性の低下は、前記湿式塗装ブース循環水に、メラミン・アルデヒド酸コロイド溶液及び/又はアルミニウム化合物を添加することで行う請求項1から9いずれか記載の方法。
