Description
以下、本発明の実施の形態1における電気自動車充電装置について図1〜図3を参照しながら説明する。図1〜図3は、本発明の実施の形態1における電気自動車充電装置の構造を示す図である。図1は、本発明の実施の形態1における電気自動車充電装置の各部を分解した図である。図2は、本発明の実施の形態1における充電中の電気自動車充電装置の各部の構造を示す図である。図3は、本発明の実施の形態1におけるコネクタが離反したときの電気自動車充電装置の各部の構造を示す図である。
以下、本発明の実施の形態2における電気自動車充電装置について、図4〜図8を用いて説明する。図4〜図6は、本発明の実施の形態2における電気自動車充電装置の構造を示す図である。図4は、本発明の実施の形態2における電気自動車充電装置の各部の構造を示す図である。図5は、本発明の実施の形態2における充電中電気自動車充電装置の各部の構造を示す図である。図6は、本発明の実施の形態2におけるコネクタが離反したときの電気自動車充電装置の構造を示す図である。図7は、本発明の実施の形態2における電気自動車充電装置のブロック図である。図8は、本発明の実施の形態2における電気自動車充電装置の動作を示す図である。
本実施の形態では、車両側コネクタ2に車両側永久磁石23と電磁石24とを備えると記載したが、本発明はこれに限らず、車両側コネクタ2に車両側永久磁石23は備えずに電磁石24のみを備えるようにすることもできる。

Claims (10)
- 電気自動車の外部から前記電気自動車の車両側コネクタに接続して電気エネルギを供給する給電コネクタと、
前記給電コネクタと前記車両側コネクタとが離反する方向の反発力を発生する反発力発生部と、
押圧により前記給電コネクタと前記車両側コネクタとを取り外す掛合解除部と、
前記掛合解除部が押圧状態ではないときに前記給電コネクタと前記車両側コネクタとの離脱を検出する離脱検出部とを備え、
前記反発力発生部は、前記離脱検出部が前記給電コネクタと前記車両側コネクタとの離脱を検出したときに、前記反発力により前記給電コネクタと前記車両側コネクタとを離反させる電気自動車充電装置。 - 前記反発力発生部の前記反発力により前記給電コネクタと前記車両側コネクタとが離反した後に、前記給電コネクタが備える給電側電極の露出を防止する遮蔽部をさらに備える請求項1に記載の電気自動車充電装置。
- 前記給電コネクタは、前記反発力発生部及び前記離脱検出部を備える請求項1に記載の電気自動車充電装置。
- 前記反発力発生部は、バネ力または油圧により前記反発力を発生する請求項1に記載の電気自動車充電装置。
- 前記離脱検出部は、前記給電コネクタに備えられ、前記給電コネクタと前記車両側コネクタとを互いに掛合する掛合爪を有する掛合部を備え、
前記給電コネクタと前記車両側コネクタとの離反にともない前記掛合部の掛合が解除されることで前記給電コネクタと前記車両側コネクタとの離脱を検出する請求項1に記載の電気自動車充電装置。 - 電気自動車の外部から前記電気自動車の車両側コネクタに接続して電気エネルギを供給する給電コネクタと、
前記給電コネクタと前記車両側コネクタとが離反する方向の磁力による反発力を発生する反発力発生部と、
前記給電コネクタと前記車両側コネクタとを取り外す制御を行うとともに、前記取り外す制御を行っていないときに前記給電コネクタと前記車両側コネクタとの離脱を検出する離脱検出部とを備え、
前記反発力発生部は、前記離脱検出部が前記給電コネクタと前記車両側コネクタとの離脱を検出したときに、前記反発力により前記給電コネクタと前記車両側コネクタとを離反させる電気自動車充電装置。 - 前記反発力発生部の前記反発力により前記給電コネクタと前記車両側コネクタとが離反した後に、前記給電コネクタが備える給電側電極の露出を防止する遮蔽部をさらに備える請求項6に記載の電気自動車充電装置。
- 前記反発力発生部は、前記給電コネクタと前記車両側コネクタとが備える永久磁石および電磁石である請求項6に記載の電気自動車充電装置。
- 前記離脱検出部は、前記電気自動車が備える前記電磁石を制御し、取得した前記電気自動車の車両情報に基づいて前記電磁石を制御する請求項8に記載の電気自動車充電装置。
- 前記離脱検出部は、前記車両情報として前記電気自動車の走行速度を取得し、前記走行速度がゼロから正の速度となったときに、前記給電コネクタと前記車両側コネクタとの離脱を検出する請求項9に記載の電気自動車充電装置。
