Claims (7)
- 立体型と、
前記立体型の高さ、位置、傾斜角度を調整可能とする調整可能な支持部と、
前記立体型と前記調整可能な支持部を連結させ、前記調整可能な支持部に対し前記立体型を回転させる回転軸と、
複数本の繊維をメルトブローする複数の孔を有するメルトブロー装置と、を備え、
前記立体型が前記孔の前で回転して前記繊維を受け、前記立体型に立体不織布構造を形成させるに伴い、前記立体型に近接して設けられ、余計な繊維を除去する収集軸を更に備える、立体不織布構造の製造装置。 - 前記立体型の前記回転軸方向の両側それぞれと前記回転軸の間の距離が同じである請求項1に記載の立体不織布構造の製造装置。
- コンベヤーと、
複数本の繊維をメルトブローする複数の孔を有するメルトブロー装置と、
複数の立体型と、
前記立体型と前記コンベヤーを連結させ、前記立体型を前記コンベヤーで回転させる複数の回転軸とを備え、
前記立体型のいずれかが前記コンベヤーによって前記孔の前に移動された時に、前記繊維が回転中の前記立体型上に付着して立体不織布構造を形成する立体不織布構造の製造装置。 - それぞれの前記立体型の前記回転軸方向の両側それぞれと、対応する前記回転軸の間の距離が同じである請求項3に記載の立体不織布構造の製造装置。
- 前記メルトブロー装置に近接して設けられ、余計な繊維を除去する繊維回収装置を更に備える請求項3に記載の立体不織布構造の製造装置。
- 立体型を提供するステップと、
複数本の繊維をメルトブローする複数の孔を有するメルトブロー装置を提供するステップと、
前記立体型を前記孔の前で回転し、前記繊維を前記立体型に接着させて立体不織布構造を形成するステップと、
前記立体不織布構造をホットプレスするステップと、
余計な繊維を除去するために繊維回収装置を用いるステップと、
を含む立体不織布構造の製造方法。 - 前記立体型は、前記メルトブロー装置の所定領域に入る前に第1の方向に回転し、前記メルトブロー装置の所定領域に入った後に第2の方向に回転する請求項6に記載の立体不織布構造の製造方法。
