Claims (5)
- 母材の面と、前記母材に形成された開口部の内面と、前記母材の面から前記開口部の内面に連なり形成される切欠面とに連続して肉盛溶接を行う溶接方法であって、
前記開口部の中心に向けて前記母材の面と一様に連続する仮溶接面を有し、かつ前記切欠面を埋没してなる突出部を前記母材に予め成形する工程と、
次に、前記母材の面および前記仮溶接面に対して所定幅の帯状を並設する第一肉盛溶接を行う工程と、
次に、前記開口部の内面の輪郭形状に沿うように前記突出部を前記第一肉盛溶接の一部とともに切削して前記切欠面を形成する工程と、
次に、前記開口部の内面および前記切欠面に対し、前記第一肉盛溶接と連続するように前記開口部の内面の輪郭形状に沿って第二肉盛溶接を行う工程と、
を含むことを特徴とする溶接方法。 - 前記突出部は、前記第一肉盛溶接の幅をHとした場合、前記切欠面と前記母材の面との境部から前記開口部の中心に向けて、少なくともH1/2の範囲に前記仮溶接面を有してなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の溶接方法。
- 前記突出部は、前記仮溶接面から前記開口部の内面に繋がる角部を有して形成され、前記第一肉盛溶接を行う工程では、前記角部に掛かり前記開口部の少なくとも周囲を覆うタブを設けることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の溶接方法。
- 前記突出部は、前記仮溶接面から前記開口部の中心に向かって延在し、前記開口部の少なくとも周囲を覆うタブが一体に成形されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の溶接方法。
- 前記タブの中央に開口穴が設けられ、前記第一肉盛溶接を行う工程では、当該開口穴を閉塞する蓋を設けることを特徴とする請求項3または4に記載の溶接方法。
