Claims (4)
- 光源と、
光源からの光を被検眼の内部に照射すると共にその反射光を導く測定光学系と、
光源からの光を参照面に照射すると共にその反射光を導く参照光学系と、
測定光学系により導かれた反射光と参照光学系により導かれた反射光とが合成された干渉光を受光する受光素子と、
受光素子で受光される干渉光から、被検眼内部の測定対象部位の位置を特定する演算装置と、を有しており、
測定光学系は、被検眼に照射される光の被検眼への入射角を被検眼の視軸に対して所定の角度範囲で変更する入射角度変更手段と、
光源からの光の焦点位置をその光軸方向に変化させる焦点調整機構と、を有しており、
入射角度変更手段は、被検眼への入射角が所定の角度範囲内で変化するように被検眼に照射する光を走査し、
入射角度変更手段によって走査される光の被検眼への入射位置には、被検眼の角膜の頂点が含まれており、
焦点調整機構は、光軸上に配置される凸レンズと、光軸上に配置されると共に凸レンズよりも被検眼側に配置される凹レンズと、凸レンズに対して凹レンズを光軸方向に移動させる移動手段と、を有しており、
受光素子は、走査角毎に、当該走査角で光を被検眼に照射したときに得られる干渉光を受光し、
演算装置は、受光素子で受光される複数の干渉光から、被検眼の角膜の頂点の位置及び被検眼内部の測定対象部位の位置を特定し、それら特定した位置から眼内寸法を算出する、眼科装置。 - 測定光学系は、光源から被検眼までの光路長を変更する光路長変更手段をさらに有している、請求項1に記載の眼科装置。
- 入射角度変更手段は、測定光学系の光軸上に配置されたミラーであり、被検眼への光の入射角度及び入射位置を変更し、
眼科装置は、そのミラーと被検眼との距離を調整する距離調整機構をさらに有する、請求項1または2に記載の眼科装置。 - 入射角変更手段は、入射角変更手段によって走査される光を被検眼の視軸及び光の走査方向に直交する方向から見たときに、その光の束が入射角度変更手段側から被検眼に向かって広がるように、被検眼に照射する光を走査する、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の眼科装置。
