Claims (13)
- ベースプレート(7)およびヘッドプレート(8)を含み、当該ヘッドプレートは、当該ベースプレート(7)から上方に延びるガイド支柱(12,13,14,15)に支持され、当該ベースプレート(7)に対して打抜きストローク方向(9)に、当該ベースプレートに向かいそして当該ベースプレートから離れて、移動可能である、フレーム(6)と、
当該ヘッドプレート(8)に結合された、少なくとも一つの打抜きパンチ(23)と、
当該ベースプレート(7)に配置された、またはその中に設けられたダイ(18)と
を含み、
当該打抜きパンチ(23)と当該ダイ(18)との間に、打抜きストローク方向(9)の直角方向に配向された少なくとも一つの横方向(41)への可動性が与えられ、
さらに、当該ダイ(18)と少なくとも一つの当該打抜きパンチ(23)との間で動作するパンチ・ガイド装置(42)が設けられ、当該パンチ・ガイド装置(42)は、当該ダイ(18)と当該打抜きパンチ(23)との間に配置され、両者間を連続的に係合する、少なくとも一つの線形ガイド(43)からなる、
箔の機械加工のための打抜き工具(1)。 - 前記打抜きパンチ(23)が動くことのできる前記横方向(41)は、ワーク搬送方向(4)に対して横方向に配向され、コイル材のワークは、好ましくは打抜き工具(1)を通って当該ワーク搬送方向に移動するか、または前記ダイ(18)の切刃(49、51)の直角方向に向く方向に移動する、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の打抜き工具。
- 前記打抜きパンチ(23)が遊びをもつ前記横方向(41)は、好ましくはコイル材のワーク(2)が前記打抜き工具を通って移動する前記ワーク搬送方向(4)に平行であるかそれに近いように配向される、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の打抜き工具。
- 前記打抜きパンチ(23)は、前記打抜きストローク方向(9)に直角に配向する2つの横方向(x、y)に移動可能であるよう、前記ヘッドプレート(8)に連結される、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の打抜き工具。
- 前記フレーム(6)は、前記ワーク搬送方向の2つの対向する側面に開いている、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の打抜き工具。
- 前記パンチ・ガイド装置(42)は、前記ワーク搬送方向(4)に対して横方向に、前記打抜きパンチ(23)から距離をもって配置される、ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の打抜き工具。
- 前記各打抜きパンチ(23、24)は、場合により追加される打抜きパンチとは別に、前記ヘッドプレート(8)と、少なくとも一の横方向(x)に可動に連結され、当該方向は前記打抜きストローク方向(9)に直角に配向される、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の打抜き工具。
- 前記各打抜きパンチ(23、24)は、個別に1つの前記パンチ・ガイド装置(42、46)を備える、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の打抜き工具。
- 前記打抜きパンチ(23)は、いくつかの前記パンチ・ガイド装置(42、46)を備える、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の打抜き工具。
- 前記線形ガイド(43)は、摺動ガイドである、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の打抜き工具。
- 前記線形ガイド(43)は少なくとも一つのガイド本体(44)からなり、当該ガイド本体(44)はガイド穴(45)を通って延びる、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の打抜き工具。
- 前記ガイド本体(44)が前記ガイド本体部の少なくとも2つの対向する側面に配置されるガイド表面をもち、当該ガイド表面は前記ガイド穴(45)の滑り面に当接する、ことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の打抜き工具。
- 前記ガイド穴(45)は前記ダイ(18)に設けられ、前記ガイド本体(44)は前記打抜きパンチ(23)に配置される、ことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の打抜き工具。
