Claims (6)
- 別々の交換可能な第1及び第2のX線管(32、32’)を備えるX線装置であって、
前記第1及び第2のX線管(32、32’)の各々が、
電子を放出するように構成された陰極(42)と、
自身の表面(48)上に前記陰極(42)からの電子を受け取るように配置されたターゲット(40)と、
前記陰極(42)と前記ターゲット(40)との間に配置されて、前記ターゲット(40)の焦点(48)へ向かって電子を加速するように構成された、開口(52)を持つ陽極(43)と、
軸(54)を中心にして前記ターゲット(40)を回転させるように構成されていて、前記ターゲット(40)の前記表面に面している位置に位置決めされた回転システム(56)と、
前記陰極(42)と前記回転システム(56)との間に配置された高電圧絶縁体(74)と、
を有し、
前記陽極(43)が接地され、
前記陽極(43)が前記陰極(42)を囲み、
前記陰極(42)が前記軸(54)に沿った方向に延び、
前記高電圧絶縁体(74)が、前記陰極(42)と前記陽極(43)との間に配置され、
前記第1及び第2のX線管(32、32’)の回転システム(56)が、前記第1及び第2のX線管(32、32’)のターゲット(40)の両側に配置され、
前記第1のX線管(32)の焦点と前記第2のX線管(32’)の焦点との距離が120mm以下である、
X線装置。 - 前記第1及び第2のX線管(32、32’)の各々の前記回転システム(56)、陰極(42)及びターゲット(40)はケーシング(34)内に収容されており、前記第1及び第2のX線管(32、32’)の各々の前記ケーシング(34)は、前記ターゲット(40)によってその半径方向に放出されたX線放射線(44)を通すための放射線放出通路(36)を持っている、請求項1記載のX線装置。
- 前記第1及び第2のX線管(32、32’)の各々の前記回転システム(56)は、回転子(60)、軸受システム(66)、及び前記ターゲット(40)を回転させるために前記回転子(60)と前記ターゲット(40)との間に接続されたシャフト(58)を含んでおり、前記第1及び第2のX線管(32、32’)の前記シャフト(58)の長手方向軸(54)が前記第1及び第2のX線管(32、32’)の前記陰極(42)の長手方向軸と平行である、請求項1または2に記載のX線装置。
- 前記第1及び第2のX線管(32、32’)からのX線ビーム(14、14’)が交互にオン・オフするように前記第1及び第2のX線管(32、32’)に電力及びタイミング信号を供給する線源制御装置(30)と、
前記線源制御装置(30)を制御するための指令及び命令を供給するコンピュータ(22)と、
対象物(17)を通過した前記X線ビーム(14、14’)を受ける検出器(18)と、
前記検出器(18)からの信号を受け取って、前記対象物(17)に対応する画像を生成する処理装置(20)と、
を備える、請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載のX線装置。 - 前記第1及び第2のX線管(32、32’)の前記陽極(43)は、電子を通過させるように配置された開口(52)を有している、請求項1乃至4のいずれか記載のX線装置。
- 前記第1及び第2のX線管(32、32’)が手荷物検査システム(500)に組み入れられている、請求項1乃至5のいずれか記載のX線装置。
