Description
図7〜21は、その動作の基本原理が、参照により本明細書に組み込むことのできるUS-A-2005/0236434及びWO-A-2005/075103に記載されているようなものであって、例えば液体中に懸濁又は溶解させた、薬剤を含有する定量の液体を分配するための、ポンプシステム(以下、「流体ディスペンサ110」)を示す。
Claims (49)
- 物質を分配するためのデバイスであって、
前記物質を分配可能な分配出口と、
第1の位置から第2の位置へと分配方向で移動するように装着された分配部材であって、使用の際、前記移動によって前記物質が前記分配出口から分配される、分配部材と、
前記分配部材を前記第1の位置から前記第2の位置へと移動させるアクチュエータ機構と、を有するデバイスにおいて、
前記アクチュエータ機構は、予め定められた方向で移動するように装着された第1の部材と、予め定められた枢動方向で枢動運動するように前記第1の部材上に枢動可能に装着された第2の部材と、を有し、
前記第1の部材が前記予め定められた方向へ移動するのにともなって前記第2の部材が移動して前記予め定められた枢動方向で枢動し、前記予め定められた枢動方向へ前記第2の部材が枢動運動することによって前記分配部材が前記第1の位置から前記第2の位置へと移動するように前記アクチュエータ機構が適合されており、
前記第1の部材の前記予め定められた方向での移動が、前記予め定められた枢動方向とは反対の方向での枢動運動であるデバイス。 - 前記分配部材が前記物質の供給源を含有する分配容器である、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記分配出口が前記分配方向と同軸で配置される、請求項1又は2に記載のデバイス。
- 前記アクチュエータ機構によって前記第1の位置から前記第2の位置へと前記分配部材が移動されるのに応答して、前記分配出口から前記物質の一回用量を送達するように適合された分配機構を、前記分配部材が備えている、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のデバイス。
- 前記分配出口が、ヒト又は動物の身体の鼻腔に挿入されるようにサイズ及び形状が決められたノズル状である、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のデバイス。
- 前記分配出口が、前記分配部材を中に受け入れるように適合されたハウジングの一部である、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のデバイス。
- 前記第1の部材が指操作式アクチュエータ部材である、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のデバイス。
- 前記指操作式アクチュエータ部材が単独のアクチュエータ部材である、請求項7に記載のデバイス。
- 前記第2の部材が剛性部材である、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のデバイス。
- 前記予め定められた枢動方向で枢動すると前記分配部材の少なくとも一つの表面と接触して、前記分配部材を前記第1の位置から前記第2の位置へと移動させる、少なくとも一つの表面を前記第2の部材が有する、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載のデバイス。
- 使用の際に、前記第1の部材と、一方では前記第2の部材、他方ではプッシャー面との間の相対移動をもたらすように、前記アクチュエータ機構が適合され、前記相対移動によって前記プッシャー面が前記第2の部材と押圧係合されて、前記第2の部材を前記予め定められた枢動方向で枢動させる、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載のデバイス。
- 前記第1の部材が前記予め定められた方向で移動するにつれて、前記第2の部材を係合し、前記予め定められた枢動方向で前記第2の部材を枢動させるように適合されたプッシャー面を前記アクチュエータ機構が有する、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載のデバイス。
- 前記デバイスのハウジングによって前記プッシャー面が与えられる、請求項11又は12に記載のデバイス。
- 前記プッシャー面が前記デバイスの静止面である、請求項11から13のいずれか一項に記載のデバイス。
- 前記第2の部材がそこから延在する一対のアームを有する、請求項1から14のいずれか一項に記載のデバイス。
- 前記アームが異なる方向で延在する、請求項15に記載のデバイス。
- 前記アーム間に形成される角度が90°以下である、請求項16に記載のデバイス。

使用の際に、前記第1の部材が前記休止位置から前記動作位置へと移動するにつれて、前記第2の部材と協働して前記第2の部材を枢動させるように適合された表面と、を有する、アクチュエータ機構において、
使用の際に、前記第1の部材が前記休止位置から前記動作位置へ移動するのにともなって前記第2の部材が移動して前記第1の部材上で枢動するように適合されており、
前記第2の部材が前記表面と協働するとき、前記第2の部材の枢動方向とは反対の方向で枢動するように前記第1の部材を枢動可能に装着できるようになっているアクチュエータ機構。 - 前記第1の部材を前記デバイス内に枢動可能に装着することができる、請求項28に記載のアクチュエータ機構。
