Description
先ず、本実施形態に係る負荷駆動制御装置10により、駆動が制御される誘導性負荷について説明する。
また、図8及び図9に示したように、制御選択部30は、固有振動検出制御部26に切り替えてから目標電流値が変化すると、所定時間Fが経過する前であっても、電流F/B制御部24に切り替える。このように、目標電流値が変化した際には、即座に電流F/B制御に切り替えるので、電流F/B制御に影響がでるのを効果的に抑制することができる。
Claims (5)
- 誘導性負荷(100)の駆動を制御する負荷駆動制御装置であって、
前記誘導性負荷の通電経路上に設けられ、オンすることで前記誘導性負荷に電流を流すスイッチング手段(12)と、
所定のデューティ比のパルス信号を所定の駆動周波数で発生し、前記パルス信号を前記スイッチング手段に供給することにより、前記誘導性負荷を駆動させるパルス信号発生手段(28)と、
前記誘導性負荷の実電流値を検出する実電流値検出手段(16)と、
前記誘導性負荷の目標電流値と前記実電流値検出手段にて検出される実電流値との偏差に基づき、前記実電流値が前記目標電流値に追従するようにフィードバック用デューティ比を設定するフィードバック用設定手段(40)と、
前記パルス信号の駆動周波数を設定する駆動周波数設定手段(42)と、
前記誘導性負荷の固有振動周波数を検出するための検出用ディーティ比を設定する検出用設定手段(52)と、
前記検出用ディーティ比が設定されたときに検出される前記実電流値に基づいて、前記固有振動周波数を設定する固有振動周波数設定手段(50)と、
前記パルス信号発生手段に対してデューティ比を設定する手段として、前記固有振動周波数を検出するための所定の条件を満たさない通常時には、前記フィードバック用設定手段を選択し、前記所定の条件を満たすと、前記検出用設定手段を選択する選択手段(30)と、
を備え、
前記検出用設定手段は、切り替え前の前記フィードバック用デューティ比とは異なるデューティ比を前記検出用デューティ比として設定し、
前記駆動周波数設定手段は、検出された前記固有振動周波数に基づいて、共振が生じないように、前記駆動周波数を設定することを特徴とする負荷駆動制御装置。 - 前記固有振動周波数設定手段(50)は、検出される前記実電流値を微分してピーク時刻を取得するとともに、複数の前記ピーク時刻から前記固有振動周波数を算出することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の負荷駆動制御装置。
- 前記選択手段(30)は、前記目標電流値が一定の状態で、一定となってから所定時間が経過すると、所定の期間、前記検出用設定手段(52)を選択することを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の負荷駆動制御装置。
- 前記選択手段(30)は、前記検出用設定手段(52)に切り替えてから前記目標電流値が変化すると、前記所定の期間が経過する前であっても、前記フィードバック用設定手段に切り替えることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の負荷駆動制御装置。
- 前記誘導性負荷(100)は、油圧バルブのソレノイドであることを特徴とする請求項1〜4いずれか1項に記載の負荷駆動制御装置。
